Business Owner

Lawrence R. Paletz, M.D. was one of the founding members of Paletz Agatstein Urology Group in 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Southern California and completed his medical degree at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. His postgraduate education included a general surgery internship at Martin Luther King General Hospital, Los Angeles, a urology residency at White Memorial Medical Center, Los Angeles and a fellowship in pediatric urology at Childrens’ Hospital, Los Angeles.

Dr. Paletz is board-​certified and board-​recertified by the American Board of Urology. He has received special certification and training in various areas of Urology, including Microwave thermotherapy and laser surgery. He is the author of numerous scientific papers and publications.

Dr. Paletz is a member of the American Urological Association. He is also a member of the Professional Team Physicians and has served as Chief of Staff at Centinela Hospital.
