All I can say is either close or find new staff! Your office mgr is the reason why black businesses don’t succeed. To be treated as thought our medical care is irrelevant to their business.
This woman ignored the fact my daughter maybe a high risk pregnancy and couldn’t manage to find here a local OB, but can manage an office?
Due to watching her repeated lack of professionalism, compassion to here patients, and the all around I don’t give 2 #####, I’ll be filling a complaint about this office with the insurance company, nursing board, better business and anyone else that will listen.
Shame on you Dr. Hamilton, your office could be so much better!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Not so great décor but a great DOCTOR
Patient. I’m not talking about the people he cares for but Dr. Hamilton’s character. Brought in my patient who was scheduled to see him. Wait was about an hour. definitely worth it. Due to HIPAA I cannot discuss what he did for my patient other than that he did a great job. Dr. Hamilton took his time and focused entirely on his patient. Compared to Mds, nowadays, you rarely get 15 minutes. Thank you Dr. Hamilton for being you.
