Jack in the Box

Whenever I rate a restaurant on Unilocal,I always check the restroom… if that’s not clean I doubt the restaurant is. I am very pleased to report that the restroom was very clean. The staff was very nice to me and my order was done perfectly. I have read previous reviews and there must have been a change in ownership or management because this is one of the best I have been in. Please keep up the good work!

Jack in the box was ok, my burger was pretty darn good. The best part was the bread. It was a classic buttery jack. It was a juicy, and finger licking burger. I thoroughly enjoyed and inhaled it in minutes. The fries were good too after I threw a lil salt on them.
I will go back but maybe at another location. This Inglewood location had a thick clear glass partition at the register betweem you and the cahier. They dont even hand you the food, its put in a box like what you see outside in a metro area gas station at night. But this was inside the restaurant.

This dude has got to be high. Took my order and sounded high off his butt. Then when I get up to the window he’s on the phone. His CELL PHONE! 3:40am on 1÷31÷16. He’s having fun haha.

Staff is nice, but they get your order wrong like 40−50% of the time. Plus they are franchised so they charge for everything like lettuce and tomato

This is by far the Worst Jack in the box!
The staff is so Rude! Perhaps their trained to be rude, do to the fact that manager has not made any improvements.

WHAT A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Bad stuff. I came here like few mins ago I order 8 tacos and 3 chicken sandwich and ice coffee and the manager im guess was being stingy on the buttermilks so he gave me only 4 when I order 8 tacos and sandwich on top of that they forgot to give one of my sandwich and my ice coffee. When I left the building I just realize I was missing some of my orders. I didn’t go back Cuz I had only 40 mins on my lunch and gotta go back to work.
Bad service…

I am so done with this location. The staff is ALWAYS rude and has an attitude. They sit there in the window on their cell phones and messing around with other employees laughing and play fighting. This last visit was it for me. I ordered 6 orders of tacos. When I drove home and opens the bag, I saw dripping wet, soggy, broken apart tacos with the wrapper completely drenched and falling apart! It looked like they had been stepped on or punched. I called back to speak with the manager and she rudely said to me «just tell me what you want ok there’s no manager I’m in charger». I proceeded to tell her and she said «I saw them make your order it looked just fine». I replied with «I will drive back if you don’t believe me». And then I was hung up on. Last straw with this place. I rather drive 10 miles out the way if it means a different and better location. Horrible every time I’ve came there. Order is 99.9% always wrong and employees sigh when they have to take the order back. I’ve worked in fast food myself so I know how presentation should be .and today’s order as well as past orders, were nothing far from what I received tonight. This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

If you are hungry for anything else other than burgers this is the place to go. They have lots of different food (not just burger and fries) to pick from.
Just keep your windows up if you use the drive-​thru at night, it’s a dangerous part of town. People have been shot on the way out here so be careful

Food was fine, but it has bullet proof glass and the food is passed through a little window like at the bank.

This place sucks. They can’t hear you through the intercom. They messed up my whole order and expected to pay more money because of their error. I will be calling back speaking to manager because whomever Elizabeth is has a bad attitude. The worker that assisted should not do drive thru because I had to repeat my order 5 stops via intercom and they still got it wrong and the sandwich I asked for looked like he was thrown on ground. The bread was broke. I will never patronize this location again due the services that was rendered to me. Be aware of retarded workers who can’t get orders correctly and when you confront them on their error you’re the bad person.

This Jack in the Box is garbage. They should just fire everyone and start from scratch. First jack in the box I’ve ever hated. Dnt come here! You’ve been warned

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They have gotten my ORDER WRONG more times than right. There is nothing worse than being excited about the fast food you are about to indulge in, thinking about it the whole way home to only find out they got it wrong. Then having to drive back to get the correct order you paid for, meanwhile the other parts of the order are getting cold.
This place has seriously gotten my ORDER WRONG more than right.
The chubby Mexican lady who works the window on the grave shift is very very very very rude and has rushed me countless times.
Also the employees act like the extra sauce I ask for comes out of there pay check.
JACK GET ON THIS ASAP!! h

Closest Jack in the Box to LAX.
I arrived early for my flight and was able to go get breakfast with the boyfriend, score!
I needed something greasy and this was right on point!
I ordered the Extreme Sausage Sandwich (my favorite), a hashbrown and some orange juice. Mmm, did that start my morning right!
Be warned, although this is the closest Jack to LAX, it is located in Inglewood.
Story: It was super early in the morning when we arrived and decided to go through the drive-​thru which led us to sit in the parking lot and eat. After we finished our meal, I ran inside to wash my hands when I quickly noticed, what I am assuming to be, security windows which I am going to assume are bullet-​proof. It was too early in the morning for me to comprehend and I just wanted to get the heck out of there.
So, it is probably safe to say that this Jack is not in the safest location. Nonetheless, the food was exactly what I wanted and satisfied my desires of greasy food!

Kind of sketch. Came here after a very late flight in and I was hungry. They forget about our order so we had to wait longer and it was a bit of a bad service. I usually do not care, but if there are not really other customers, there is no reason to forget about an order.

Worst jack in the box in the area ! They never get your order right and I have thrown away food before. they are not consistent at all !!!

One star is better than they deserve. They have NEVER gotten my order right. For example, this evening we ordered a cheeseburger, a regular burger with NO mustard, 2 tacos and fries. They got the tacos and fries right. Period. The «cheeseburger» was a regular burger with lettuce, no dressing, no cheese and half a piece of dill chip. The regular burger had mustard all over it. To add insult to injury they also charged me for a junior burger.
That’s it… I’ll never go there again.

This is the closest JITB to LAX and the rental car agencies. This location must be in a sketchy neighborhood because there is bullet-​proof glass separating the staff and the cooking area from the customers and the dining area! Despite this, the staff is friendly and made sure my order was correct. (Maybe this is because they feel safe behind the bullet-​proof glass but I can’t say for sure…) I always get some 2 for 99 cent tacos before flying out of JITB territory. If you think you will get freaked out by the bullet-​proof glass, then use the drive-​thru and run away — fast!

Came here to take a couple of my soccer team players for a quick breakfast Nd to my surprise this JITB had bulletproof glass EVERYWHERE! I have never seen this before. Nevertheless, service was great and we hot out of there safe and sound.

I came here for the Jumbo Breakfast Platter which was perfect. You can’t beat this deal anywhere. I love that Jack In The Box serves breakfast ²⁴⁄₇. Somehow Jack In The Box seems to beat all of the other competition. The drive-​thru employee was so nice and even asked if I was satisfied and it was easy to say yes. I had gotten everything I came here to get and then some. Great customer service will always receive repeat business.

Whenever i come to the west coast, i have to pay a visit to jack in the box… I love the taco’s!!! You get 2 for 99 cents. Add some hot sauce and your good to go. If you don’t mind consuming an extra 800 calories, try the oreo shake… hmmmm. The fries are also pretty good, crispy and well seasoned… Some of the stores are open 24hrs, so its a great spot to pass by after clubbing.
