Chili’s Grill & Bar

This location have dwindled I used to enjoy coming here now the staff is very unprofessional from the hostess down to the manager. Employees seem to be more concerned about their personal life and gossiping while their patrons patiently wait for service especially at the bar I waited 2mins before even being as if I wanted a drink or a menu. This was late night so the place was not packed at all. Once being asked if I wanted a menu I was told in the same sentence you have to hurry up and order because the kitchen is about to close ehhh rule #1 you don’t rush the customer. We received the food and it was cold not warm but cold like it was sitting and the last of the supplies because someone was too lazy to cook some fresh food.

Not the greatest chills. Wow! Ive been to others and they are not all the same… This one has ;lost something. And they waitresses here are not very customer friendly… They need a class in service…

Takes about an hour for your meal, luckily the waiters/​waitresses are pleasant. Forks weren’t completely clean and my food wasn’t seasoned good enough.

Well I go here from time to time and I usually have no problems but last night the drinks were Nasty I sent my back 2 times and they couldn’t get it right so I order another drink a different kind and it was good then I tried to reorder the same drink hoping it would come out the same way good NOPE it didn’t !!! Now my food was brought our wrong sent that back came back out fries were cold and not good so with all third being said I’m taking a break from chilies a long one! At least from this one !

Went last night and we were given a booth fast but it took 15 minutes for our waiter to even come to get what we wanted to drink. Then the drinks (2 sodas) didn’t come out until the appetizer came out. One of my sides were cold and they went to warm it up and it was nasty once that happened. I wanted to speak to a manager and the waiter came back and said she was on a conference call (mind you we went at 1030 pm) she was by the kitchen laughing all loud to another worker (but your on a conference call) they offered me a free dessert… I didn’t want that! I usually love this particular location but idk what was going on last night

This used to be a great place to eat, service and menu choices were awesome. I’ve visited twice this month just to see if I went on an off night but no this restaurant is just off. Each visit took forever just to get drinks and chips/​salsa which used to grace every table upon sitting, now you order it and it may take 15 – 20 mins just to arrive or show up at the same time as yr meal. The server forgot about my table once the food was served. Never bought napkins, and took forever to refill a drink so I cancelled the refill last time, bought utensils for one person in a party of two, Nvr refilled the endless chips also and after keeping me waiting for one type of drink for 15 mins she returned to tell me they were out of ingredients needed to make it so I had to get something different. I think this might just be my last visit at this particular location. Food taste good when it finally shows up but the poor service and long wait for EVERYTHING is just not worth the frustration. Next time I’ll go to TGIF!

Took my family to chillis last night and was lest than impressed. This is a national chain and the expectations should be similar but this location is sadly lacking. The hostess walks around frowning, leaves you waiting for a seat in a half empty restaurant while she sweeps. Once seated the benches are torn and look like a spring is about to bust through when you sit down. Now the reason for at least 3 stars was our server, I believe her name was Jackie. She took our order and got it right she took great care of the girls and remained attentive. Hats off to her! !!
So Chill’s get it together and fix this location to fit the service.
If it looks like a dump it will be treated as one.

We were seated promptly but it had been 20 minutes and we had not even been approached by any of the waiting staff. We asked the hostess to please notify the waitress that we’d like to order drinks, she just said okay and went back to her podium… We gave it another 10 minutes and still nothing. We got up and left unnoticed by any of the staff. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at a Chilis

This review is for the horrible customer service I received. The greeter she was super rude and had no manners. Waiter was rude and didn’t care at all if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working at a restaurant where you have to put customers first and the food was okay had better. Not coming back to this location again!!!

Service here was great. Steven greeted us right away with waters, queso was out a few minutes later. Food came out quickly, drinks were on point.

This is usually a nice experience but tonight not so much. I came here tonight as an escape after Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping. My wife and I were seated and waiting for a server but no one came. We tried to order on the little screen on the table but was told that was onlys for drinks and desert. The host then said he would find us a server but By then it was too late. At any other restaurant a server usually greets you shortly after being seated. There was no excuse since I have been to this same location on busier nights and received better service. I really hope they fix this but then again I don’t care since I probably won’t be back. With more options in the area and new ones opening in the near future this Chili’s has probably lost me for good.

Service Very Slow! The Food Not Well Cooked! I’m A Fan Of of chilies restaurants up till today!

I stopped here for lunch with a Judge on a weekday. I ordered a chili bowl. There was a device at the table that allowed us to order and pay. It was convenient. The food was ok, and service was good.

Let me start with the good… the waiter was nice.
However the few staff who are attentive and caring are easily overshadowed by the unruly majority of the clientele.
It is extremely loud in this bar section. The environment on this side is extremely disorganized and unbelievably harsh on the ears. A busy day is understandable. The inability of the staff to address the issues:
1) Unruly behavior, due to alcohol, being tolerated.
2) Absolute indifference to the rest of the clienteles level of overall satisfaction.
3) The visibility of the TV completely blocked due to the absurd number of people standing and yelling without any regard to the people around.
This is just unacceptable. Your location currently holds a 2 ½ star rating in Unilocal.This rating, in my opinion, is beyond nice. It is maybe a rating of pity. Almost as if saying I hated my experience but I don’t want you to close down, here’s a star or two. Can’t ignore the majority. 2 stars… out of pity.

One hour and 20 minutes to get our food, then they first bring the entrée before the appetizers.
I come from the city of Ontario I will never be back here.

Okay. I mean, its Chili’s and it’s the hood… The food is well, Chili’s. The service is well, the hood. The atmosphere is well, Inglewood. If you want a good time, a cold drink, and your palate is indiscriminate, this just might be the spot! Old timers at the bar, Pocahontas hanging out in front, Ray Ray and them in the back, popo in the parking lot with a baseball bat. JK. It’s Chili’s yall. It’s the hood yall. Don’t expect too much and your feelings won’t get hurt. Don’t expect anything at all and you might mess around and have a ball.

Let’s be honest here, the problem here is the people and not the staff… They are nice and move quickly, after a while of course the staff starts to get that IDGF attitude… Here they haven’t. Thank God! For my lunch lol, the girl did take a few minutes to help us on arrival but she was nice and when I’m at a restaurant I never been to before I order my drinks, app, main meal all at once so I get it quick.
THE KITCHN HERE IS ON It, quick food and everything is done right. The manager even passed by to check if our steak was cooked right with the right color… Cuddos to her.

This is my spot. It’s is a great spot to go on a first date. It’s located in a shopping plaza area. Plenty of parking.
Inside is spacious, mostly booths. They have a separate bar area with T.V. The bar tenders really make good drinks. Beer from the draft is served in a cold frosty mug. Love the little thing.

Great customer service from waitress and bar tenders. This visit I had Shurdale in the bar area. She gave perfect service and she was friendly.
Food is always delicious and tasty. I always get the baby back ribs. Fall off the bone, everytime. I get the combo with Memphis and the regular ones. So flavorful. The southwestern macaroni and cheese is banging. The loaded mashed potatoes are perfect.
