Best fast food burgers in America! Always great service (with a smile I might add). Long lines and it takes a little time, but what do expect when everyone wants them. Always adequately staffed.

Typical in and out l, love this location let you order before 1030. Was really in and out in the morning. Shakes are amazing and the drinks are as well

Over-​crowded to the point where I would recommend you not bring your car or family to this location, especially if you have kids. The drive thru line would be funny if I didn’t get trapped in it… You cannot park near the building. Corporate should relocate this to a property suited for their business, because I do love their food when I can access it!

Not leader ship in this restaurant. all you see is a bunch of little kids out of control preparing your hamburgers. My hamburger looked bad prepared, I asked for extra onions, they didn’t put extra onions, I took it back and then they just open the hamburger and add more onion. I didn’t see not lettuce in my hamburger and when I started looking for it all what I found was a big ugly piece of lettuce“s core, this time I didn’t let them to put more lettuce I asked for another hamburger. You easily notice the quality of service depending on the demographic location.

Oh my god they got my order wrong again! My burger was NOT mustard fried and they didn’t even give me not even a leaf of lettuce or spread. I ordered cheese fries with spread with NO ONIONS and they put tons of onions so I paid for cheese fries and got regular fries since the onions were stuck onto the cheese and had to pull it all off as well as the spread I came here on thanksgiving and they messed up my order so bad then too! Please employees when you check the orders check the receipt correctly so you can you make sure you put the right items in the bags. Also there was tons of bags just sitting near the fries and they were just pulling up. Today looked like a mess people’s orders were done but not being put on the pick up counter. no one was getting their food cuz the employees didn’t know that the orders where done since that entire counter was covered and looked like a mess. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one that received cold food. I hope this doesn’t happen again. The quality of taste lacked because of the bad service and incorrect order

I love the double double meal animal style with a neopolitan shake. In and out is known for great customer service and quality burgers I love this place. Open late just like I like it. If it’s not the neopolitan shake it’s chocolate. The burgers and fries are cooked to perfection. Animal style give the burgers and fries and perfect twist with mouth watering flavors.

I was hungry late tonight (about 12:30am) and this was close to my house. Nicely cooked meat, fresh bun, perfect add-​ones. Friendly staff and fast service. You can’t go wrong at In-​N-​Out. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid and tasty burger at any time of the day!

I love in n out!!! Food is so fresh and so darn good It gets so packed tho! I wish they would open more in n outs around inglewood! Customer service here is ok!

I often come here to eat a #1 with a pink lemonade before I head to LAX. It doesnt matter if it’s before my flight or when I’m arriving. It’s always great.

I’ve always loved in and out so I think the food is amazing, but at this location you are way better off going inside waiting in the drive-​thru!

So when I was visiting LA and San Diego, everyone talked about this place. I didn’t get it. Isn’t it just a fast food joint?
Man, now I see why. Their burgers are incredible. Try the Double-​Double «Animal» style. It’s sooooo worth the calories!!!

My favorite burger place at the west coast. You can taste, that everything is made fresh. Just love it!

Probably one of the first in n out restaurants I went to. This particular location has never let me down… Of course the line outside is long. So I just walk in and find I get my food slightly faster. What can I say about these burgers that hasn’t been said already? Animal style everything and a large lemonade! The staff at these restaurants work diligently for you. Overall, a must place to go. You’ll catch some of that airport travelers. Worth it nonetheless.

Consistently serving long slow drive through lines and cold food. I would give zero stars but the app won’t let me. Wish it would leave my neighborhood.

I’ve been a semi fan of in and out burger but have been told multiple times that I needed to try it «animal style.» So I decided it was time to give it a shot.
I had been having a craving for in and out during this trip to LA so of course, on my way to the airport I located the closest one. Driving up, the drive thru line was out the parking lot, around the corner, and too many twists and turns of waiting cars so I opted to go in. Inside, the line was not too long, so I figured I made the right decision. After ordering, it took about 15 minutes to get my food. Not too bad considering how packed it was inside and outside as well.
Now on to the animal style. It included lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and extra special sauce which tastes very similar to thousand island dressing. This time I went way out since I had gotten in a nice long run and wanted calories, and since I was getting on the plane for a 6 hour flight back to NYC I wanted to be in a food coma, and opted for the double double. It was actually really decent. The bun was warm. The meat was cooked, and the animal style brought out something in me lol it may have been the taste I’m not fully sure but definitely, get the burger animal style. I also had my fries animal style, which was not as good as the burger but definitely good. The cheese, onions, and sauce were a bit much for the fries but again, still not bad. Plus it gives one a chance to see what animal style actually entails. It made a better believer in me that’s for sure.
As far as the location, it was certainly busy but decent. The staff was very friendly. A must check out if you’re wanting the animal style goodness.

I thought that this In-​and-​Out compared to others was alright. I order the same as I always do: a Hamburger with extra everything and pickles and a side of well done fries. I applaud them for remembering to put the pickles in but they gave me the equivalent of a regular burger.
Also my fries were «extra crispy», I know because I have made the mistake of ordering that once and the fries are basically like kettle chip crispy. Well Done fries are ones that are not as soggy on the inside and a little more crispy. So they basically just overcooked the fries.
So I sent the fries back and they were able to deliver me a new one to my table that was the correct «well done».

Stopped by tonight to chow down on a Double Double, a personal favorite. Usually this In-​N-​Out is packed full of people, but on this night, not the case. Don’t get me wrong, there was still a wait for my order but not as long as it usually takes. Their burgers are ‘fresh, made to order’ and nothing can be further than the truth. The Double Double I ordered tasted as it should, good. Their fries are also fresh, and although their soda machines are a hassle to get through with folks standing around them, not a problem.
Because it’s always full of customers, parking can be an issue as well as the wait times to receive your order, but that happens. Tonight was one of those nights when it wasn’t as packed as most times I’ve been there and the menu is always top notch.

We don’t have in and out in Canada, and always have it when we are in Cali ;)
This location if I recall was in a large shopping complex, and so there’s a bit of trouble getting in and out (no pun intended) of the location.
It was very busy as per usual when we went in, but the staff was helpful and eager to please.
Our food took a bit of time and there was no coke zero, and the ketchup took a very long time to get replaced, but the food was delicious, both the burger and fries.
We were in and out and on our way and very happy!

Being that this was my first time in California, In-​N-​Out Burger topped the list of places I had to visit at least once while in Los Angeles.
I visited twice.
I get why people wait in curiously long lines for this place. The menu is super simple and the food very good. The fries weren’t my favorite, but that Double Double was awesome!
