Quality Inn & Suites Indio I-10

Check in process was quick. Clerk had the personality of a wet mop. Noisy, loud, foul mouthed neighbors. We were given a handicapped room, not sure why, since we didn’t request it. Floors are filthy! White socks were black after a few seconds. Trash remained on the floor throughout our stay. We were only given and allowed two (2) Kleenex a day! Really? For what they charge we should have at least been given a full box. Not a good impression for guests. I was born and raised in this town but if this is indicative of how things deteriorate, I don’t ever want to go back. Business owners should take pride in their property. Obviously, this one does not.

I opened the door to my non smoking room and immediately had to prop it open while I went to wall mart to get air freshener. I am not even joking or over reacting when I say the room smelled like old people had been smoking crack in it for years. I used half the bottle of febreeze and still couldn’t get that smell out. Our entire football team got rooms because we had a game in Indio and we live far from there. The next day when I was talking to other parents about the disgusting smell in my room, one of them informed me that they found marijuana nuggets on the floor by their bed. Leads me to believe that they do not properly clean the rooms after each guests stay.
Next time I will pay the extra $ 100 to stay in a nicer place. I learned my lesson and will never stay in a cheap hotel again!

This place is a cesspool. Dirty loud nothing works and they don’t care. If I don’t like move. Very bad. But cheap. Never ever again at a quality inn. Started garden maintenance at 6am near the rooms not out in front of hotel.

My boyfriend stays here when he has to work out in the area. I decided to join him this time andn I was pretty impressed. Dor b the price you get a huge bathtub and separate toilet area. Roomy dressing area as well
They fo a little above and beyond the standard pastry and bagel continental breakfast. There was orange, cranberry and apple juice, eggs, sausage, bagels, cream cheese, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy. The pool is small and the hot tub is large lol. Clean and quiet. I would definitely come here again.

Pretty decent place for the price! Free breakfast was good. There were some drunk screaming ladies at night but other than that, my sister, parents, and I enjoyed our stay!

I just recently stayed at this hotel for the 4^th of July weekend & it was pleasant considering for the price & free breakfast every morning from 6:30 — 10:30am. Since there was absolutely nothing available this was my last resort & for the price & pictures that I had saw I couldn’t pass it up.
Check-​in was very convenient, although the guy checking me in did not specify all that would be on my card (as far as the $ 50 dollar hold on top of the total for my stay) not a problem, & The lobby was very well kept… It seemed as though they were renovating because there was ton of debris laying around the hotel.
Upon arriving to my room, the room was clean but had a weird cleaning smell inside. The bathrooms are HUGE and then there’s a little area where the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom. The wallpaper was damaged & the doors & door frames could use a bit of an upgrade. The closet inside the bathroom smelled like pee my whole stay & I wasn’t quite sure why (maybe that was why there was such a strong stench of cleaning product). The TV was very nice & was equipped with time warner cable & had access to the on demand features which was great.
The pool is very small, and the continental breakfast provided was good although there were a ton of flys that would bother me while trying to eat lol. It was very well kept & good service.

Our room was clean and I love that the toilet is in its own closet. Bathroom was very spacious with a vanity area with mirror, a deep tub (!) and full-​length mirror. We had two beds, a small fridge, and a small table where hubby set up his computer for gaming on the free WiFi. We were on the second floor of the main building. They are in the process of renovating the property, so I’m not sure if being in the main building helps, (because another reviewer complained about the sloppiness of the paint job in her room)
Not a whole lot of food options, but we plan on walking next door to Fantasy Casino, otherwise… pizza delivers
The pillows do leave a lot to be desired, but as a «Gold Elite» member of Choice Hotels loyalty rewards program, I can safely tell you, ALL Choice Hotel pillows suck. They are too small and squishy… even the «firm» ones.
Waffles for breakfast!!! And yogurt! And bananas, cold cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, jelly, (but no peanut butter) and «scrambled eggs», sausage, biscuits and gravy. I stuck with the waffles, yogurt, cereal and bagels. I will definitely stay here again, and it is a great room at a great price.

I have stayed here on several occasions due to the fact we can walk to the Casino! Location is great :-) Our rooms have alway been clean and beds comfy, But we have noticed that the bathrooms have always been a mess! It just looks like a half-​assed remodeling job. Rooms are not cheap here so you would think they’d take a little pride in what the bathrooms looked like! Just so you can see I posted some pics :-)

I stayed maybe 5 hours (and wasnt in the room entire time) I realized once I went in the bathroom, there was mold… everywhere…plus the air conditioner did not work well at all. I checked out, was offered another room, but I had seen enough, I was not offered any type of refund. Very dissatisfied, and I gave it 1 star, because it was so close to fantasy springs casino.

Best I can say is that you really just get «What you pay for!» Cheap room rates, Cheap…
We did not have any toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditiner or lotion) in our room upon arrival and the floors made the soles of our feet turn all dirty brown!
Pillows on beds are «under sized» (not Standard size pillows) and feel like a cheap cotton puff ball!
Went to «soak“in the hot spa and it was NOT hot! Maintenance finally came and said it was broken. So much for a nice hot soak!
we had a room downstairs and at 5AM people were talking and getting in and out of their cars, slamming doors, so a «short nights rest» for us!
Like I said, you get what you pay for in this case!

Had two rooms one for my in laws my mother in law is in a wheelchair she needed handicapped accessible room. The location of the hotel was good we tried to get room next door at holiday inn but it was booked.
Our room was ok but my in laws had a big fly problem there were flys everywhere in they’re room. I didn’t know about it till morning I went to complain at front desk they took 10.00 off bill! There were so many flys I took video I am going to post on u tube management was suppose to call us and at least apologize never got a call. Would not recommend you stay here unless you like buzzing

I have been coming to this place for the past 5 years with my family and my in laws Rooms always clean and prepared I like the bathroom the fact that the toilet is in a separate door service is great checking in wasn’t a hassle but the breakfast wasn’t that great since there wasnt a lot of options not great food.
If you’re planning on coming to Coachella then you can stay here and there’s also another hotel next to it which is called Holiday Inn same owner overall the place was clean our rooms are clean lobby was clean parking lot has decent spaces oh also you’re right next to fantasy springs casino about a mile or so down there is spotlight 29 casino.

This Quality Inn, like its brethren everywhere, strives to provide you a place to sleep and little more. Since that is how it presents itself, I rate it against that standard and it does pretty well.
Right off of exit 145 of Route 10, it is a convenient place to stop for the night if you are traveling that way. It is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but certainly far from luxury.
The breakfast is average, the price is reasonable, and really that is all I wanted.

For starters, the clerk was bothered that we came in. She needs a customer service class, or a different job. She didn’t greet us, barley looked at us. We tried our card to get in the room, on the 2^nd floor, and yup, you guessed it, the card didn’t work! So i had to go back down and with good luck we got the helpful clerk, she swiped our card, and now the card worked. While doing all this, i noticed the hall floor was filthy :(
We got in the room, later noticed the bottom of my feet were black. The carpet in the room was filthy eeeeww! Then, i noticed a BLACK WIDOW, in the corner, by the floor lamp, geeezzz!
The bed was clean and the bathroom was nice and clean.
We think we’re going to pay $ 10 extra dollars and stay next door at the Holiday Inn next time.

The location of this hotel is great. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that floors were filthy. I had white socks on and walked around for maybe ten minutes. Bottom of my socks were like tar. I guess since floors are dark wood, they feel no need to mop or clean

This hotel/​motel is a great value.
I travel a bit for business, my wife and I usually use Starwood Points to stay at Starwood properties usually, and we have a couple of timeshares, so it’s been a while since I’ve been in a hotel/​motel like this.
There is much to like about this Quality Inn, but the best thing is the shower head – best I’ve had at any hotel in a while. It was water-​effiicient, but it had a strong spray. My wife complimented the shower also. I’d stay here again just for the shower head.
That being said, the rooms themselves are nice size. The beds were tightly made and the floors looked clean. They’ve separated the rectangle into a good, large bathroom «suite.» It has a separate toilet room, a makeup seat and mirror separate from the sink, and two people can use and walk around in the bathroom easily.
The free breakfast feature hot sausages, eggs, and grits. There is also a small refrigerator with Yoplait.
Free Internet also.
We arrived at 1:00 a.m. after finding our usual places full, but the staff was awake, alert, and helpful.
I’ll stay here again, if needed.
