Had a surround system installed during the summer of 2012 by this company and they did an outstanding job. We have enjoyed it ever since. Recently I had a problem with the very high-​tech remote and called Kevin (the owner) and left a message. He called me back and offered to help me over the phone to take care of the issue! He spent 20 minutes of his Saturday evening out of the goodness of his heart. He has us as loyal customers FOREVER!!! Thanks Kevin!

I bought a new 80″ Vizio 3D flatscreen that I needed mounted on the wall at my home in Rancho Mirage with a 5:1 sound bar surround sound. Peter, from New Wave, contacted me and agreed to come out with the owner, Kevin, for a review. After some discussion and planning I agreed to have them install the 80″ in the living room, and an additional 60″ Sharp Aqous in the master bedroom. They did an excellent job at determining the cabling and outlet locations (somewhat tricky from the outside patio and attic spaces) and the electricians added the final touches. The project came in below budget and very well done. A very professional and knowledgeable team, who I plan on using again in the near future.
