Established in 1989.
Dr. Pruett opened her first office in December 1989 on 71st Street near Binford Blvd (State Road 37). She moved her practice to a new business location off of 82nd Street between Allisonville Road to the east and Dean Road to the west in June of 2005. The new facility is state-the-art with digital xrays, same-day porcelain restorations, on-site water purification system for the entire office, as well as a beautiful interior design.

Dr. Nancy Pruett graduated for Indiana University and the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She maiantains a solo dental practice in the north suburbs of Indianapolis.
