In our optical we carry many designer lines as well as frames to fit most budgets.

History

Established in 1975.

Indianapolis raised and schooled, Dr. Bernstein started his practice, VisionCare, PC in 1975. Still in his own building and private practice with dedicated employees 38 years later has a strong following of patients. His dedication to quality eye care is shown in all areas of the business. The modern facility has all the up-​to-​date contact lenses, eyeglass frames, and eyeglass lenses.

January 2016 started a new journey for Vision Care as Dr. B went into business with Dr. Greg Norman and Dr. Scott Miller as Norman & Miller Eyecare.

Dr. Bernstein believes in total satisfaction. The patient always comes first. He resides on the northside of Indy with his wife. Family takes up any free time after work with 2 daughters and 4 grand daughters! His hobbies include gardening and tooling around in his classic convertible.
