Morellis Cleaners

Well, there was an opportunity for me to write a bad review here but it is my firm belief that it is not what goes wrong in a business that defines them, its what they do in response to that wrong that defines them. Without getting into too much detail I had a shirt returned to me that was ripped, the explanation they offered me was valid. The thing that impressed me was that they called before I even came to pick it up and I was informed of the situation and they explained what they were going to do to correct it. I didn’t have to put up a stink, I didn’t have to show up and discover a shirt was ruined. Something bad happened under their watch, they took steps to correct it, and given a bad situation they retained my business. Well done Morelli’s. I had been using them for a year or two before then and have continued to use them since. This was the ONLY problem I have ever encountered so it wouldn’t be fair for me to give them any less than 5 stars.

I just had a dress pressed at Morellis. While the price was right ($ 2.29) the pressing was not.
Though the dress has some complicated folds, Morellis actually succeeded in pressing IN wrinkles as opposed to getting rid of them.
I have yet to find a good dry cleaner on Indy :(
