Not exactly express. Dropped off my dress and was told it would be ready in 24 hours. Was called 3 days after I dropped off my dress and they wanted to speak to me because they did not start the dry cleaning process because they were afraid the beading on my dress may discolor. As a result, my dress was not done by the time I needed it. Don’t waste your time with this «express» dry cleaners.

I just moved to the area and was searching for a new dry cleaner. Error on first order resulted in an unexplained 2 delay in the delivery of my dry cleaning.
This is also one of the most expensive dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. $ 7.00 for dry cleaning a pair of pants and 2.98 for laundered shirts.
Price and service will push me to continue my search.

I was disappointed with this service. I purchased a Groupon to this cleaners and the first time they took my laundry, three shirts went missing for a week. They did return the shirts, but it was after I continued calling and asking. Overall, I was hoping for an easy transition to a new cleaners and this wasn’t the place. I’d go elsewhere next time…

Starcrest is always reliable, fast, and reasonably priced, which is all you can ask for in a good dry cleaner.
Or is it?
We’ve also had great luck with alterations here. For some reason I’m always needing pants hemmed… and this is a great place to drop off for a quick fixer-​upper.
Can’t go wrong … easy in-​and-​out as well … gotta love a drive-​thru!
