Deitch, M.D. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Deitch are both board-​certified ophthalmologists and fellowship-​trained corneal specialists. With more than two decades of experience, they are highly respected and recognized experts in the specialties of cornea disease and surgery, and refractive vision correction surgery.

Dr. Johnson was one of the first surgeons in Indiana to perform epikeratophakia. This is a refractive surgery technique often referred to as the «living contact lens». In 1995, Dr. Johnson performed the first FDA approved corneal surgery with the excimer laser in Indiana. Dr. Johnson is a top lasik physician in Indianapolis and was elected by his peers to be listed in «The Best Doctors in America: Midwest Region: 1999 – 2000, «Best Doctors Nationwide» 2001 – 2002, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
