History

Established in 2011.

My name is Josh Boulton and I am the owner of Indy PC Solutions. For years, I was that friend or relative that’s «good with computers» and helped out people I knew with issues they were having. The biggest reasons that my friends and family would come to me first was 1) I knew what I was doing, 2) I was trustworthy, and 3) I was affordable. After some encouragement from my wife, I decided to open Indy PC Solutions with those concepts in mind.

To this day, our clients are among the most loyal and satisfied in the area. By continuing to keep up with current technology and trends, constantly working hard to earn our clients’ trust, and keeping our rates affordable, I know that we can do the same for you.

Honesty is one of my most prized attributes that I never take for granted. I take pride in knowing that my clients trust me to help them with their devices and personal information. I work hard to make sure that my clients feel that I am working in their best interest at every turn. I would never recommend a product or service that I wouldn’t use myself and I never hesitate to let my clients know if I don’t think they need a particular service… even if it means less money in my pocket.

I have also been blessed with a great deal of patience and a knack for explaining things so others can understand. If you have questions, I am happy to answer them. Not only will I do my best to make sure that I’m not using too much «geek speak,» but I don’t mind explaining things again and again until you understand it to your satisfaction.
