Terrible customer service, never answer the phone and switch it to a fax machine so you can’t leave a message. Shut off all the exterior outlets so we can’t plug in our diesel. We asked several times about the plugs and were told the owner was «working on it» finally was told that the owner wasn’t going to allow us to use those anymore. The owner then decided to charge everyone that kept a vehicle attached to a trailer or RV an extra $ 20 because we were «double parked» when there are no other spaces. The gate to the lot is currently not letting anyone in and we can’t get ahold of anyone to open it… we are leaving this place immediately. There is a new lot located at the corner of Crawfordsville and 1000 with great customer service and its new. We are getting a spot there as I write this review.
