My problem was resolved and for that I’m thankful. I just wish it didn’t take me going to social media to fix my problem and that it would have been handled more appropriately the first time. As I said though, I’m glad it was resolved in a timely manner once the right people got involved. Thank you.

What happens when the Westside of Indy gets pummeled by storms? There isn’t an IPL truck in sight. What happens to my basement after 21⁄2 days without power? Its full of water and sewage back up. I am APPALED in the service line saying it could be AUGUST1st before the neighborhoods on the Westside get power. IPL is all about money and telling the working class of this city to bend over and take it up the butt. I can’t have water extracted until the power is restored… who wants to go weeks with raw sewage in the finished basement? Me! Me! IPL has no cares for residential people. Time for a generator.

Sucks if you need to report an outage somewhere and are put on hold for over an hour.

I had to call today to ask for a list of my charges for the past two years for tax purposes. Bonnie was terrific and e-mailed me what I needed within five minutes. This was a terrific experience! Thanks, Bonnie!

This monopoly treats their customers like crap. There is no one else to turn to when you have an issue with their service. If and when something else becomes available they can kiss my rear end goodbye.

I have never experienced any other power and light company, so I don’t have a basis for comparison. IPL(we’re tight like that) and I have an arrangement: I give them some money once a month and they give me electricity. So far I have no complaints.
