Please take caution before you work with this caterer. We had a semi-professional conversation regarding obtaining a quote for catering our wedding and after 10 days politely called back to ask when we could expect to see a quote from them. Not only did Betsy, who claimed to be the owner with her husband Alan immediately started to backpedal and make excuses saying how this is such a busy time of year and they can’t be expected to get quotes out the next day, but she then told us that if we want to go somewhere else to feel free to. All of this came without us ever showing any signs of frustration or being upset with anything. We just wanted to know where we stood with receiving a qoute. She ultimately said their company isn’t a right fit for us and hung up on us. We were shocked and dumbfounded how very unprofessional this company was! If their attitudes are this way with no issues upfront I would hate to see how they handle business when there is an issue.
