We are an online state licensed, registered & insured commercial Artisan Bakery specializing in Gourmet Baked Goods. Mini Pies, Mini Tarts, Shortbread-​Cookies, French Macarons, Edible Gifts, Cookie Gifts, Bridal Shower, Wedding, Birthday, Dessert Buffets, Corporate events and other special occasion favors are a large part of my business.

All Baked Goods in my Gourmet Bakery are made from scratch, the old fashioned way and baked per order in small batches in a certified commercial kitchen. They are prepared by hand using the freshest natural ingredients, leaving out all artificial flavors and preservatives. We use only the finest ingredients that result in purest of flavors, distinctive texture, and a sophisticated appearance.

History

Established in 2013.

Prior to baking, I was trained as an Architect and worked in the Architectural field for many years. Design and creating have always been my passion, so combining the art of design and baking seems to be a natural fit for me. I love creating something that looks and taste great. After numerous requests and positive affirmations for my creations, I found myself at a pivotal point in my life, where it became imperative that I make a momentous decision, my passion and love for the art of baking versus my career at the time. Call it courage or folly, with a blessing and support from my wonderful husband, I decided the time was right to start up my own baked goods business and this is how Indayani Baked Goods was born and I have never been happier.
