Yucky sticky tables and floor. Rude or apathetic staff this day… owner was away I presume.

Since the ownership and/​or management has chaged, this location has really gone downhill. The portions have shrunk dramatically. I actually had to take my wrap back once and ask them to remake it — it was less than half as thick as it used to be (And boy did I get a negative reaction)! They are very stingy with the ingredients now. It is a noticeable difference from the previous owners and the Suntree location (different ownership from the IHB location).
They also do not offer many of the better side salads anymore — I’m assuming because those sides contain meat and therefore cost them more to make. Its dissappointing because I used to love their food and visited at least once a week. Now I go there maybe once a month, purely to appease my son who likes their smoothies.
The menu has been tweaked a bit, mainly to the tune of raising the prices. Much of the food is overpriced, especially considering the stingy portions. The combo meal offer is the only «value» on the menu.
Another thing I’ve noticed — the people are nowhere near as friendly and welcoming as the previous crew. In fact, the woman (owner or manager, I think) that is usually there can be downright surly. It is apparent she doesn’t like the job (or maybe life in general) which is unpleasant for the customers. Still, that would be a minor issue if the food value was what it used to be.
The iced tea selection is very good (and fresh). Both the chili and the tomato basil soup are good. The service is usually prompt.
I was trying to give the new ownership/​management a chance but it appears the negatives (stingy portions, surly attitude) are not going to change. Its too bad, because I used to enjoy the place and the people working there.
The wraps in the picture are NOT representative of what I have received since the new owners took over. Subtract about half of the ingredients and it would look more like what I’ve received lately.

Had the Sesame Thai Chicken Wrap, then as a Salad! Wow! The sauce alone is so good that they use! The employees are hilarious! The owners Rich and Anna are very down to earth. If you want a healthy, huge portioned meal… this is the place to go to. And it’s right next to the DMV!
