Imperial Salon and Spa II

Had a massage yesterday, probably the best massage I have ever had. Rebecca knew exactly when to work the muscles that were tight and to provide relaxing massage when appropriate. She also did some wonderful reflexology. Beautiful, well-​appointed salon, very accommodating when booking the appointment, great service. If I lived in the area, would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

I was thrilled to find this salon and excited after I saw all of the beautiful nail pictures. Though the tech was incredibly personable and friendly, my nails look horrible
I went for a fill twice, assuming the first bad fill was because of a change in products between my last tech and the one here. The 2^nd fill was even worse. It’s only been 3 days and I already need to get them done again. They’re lifting, cracking and chipping! The fills are expensive, the highest I’ve seen in the area and the quality doesn’t warrant the high price.
I am looking for another salon to hopefully fix the bad fill I got here before it ruins my real nails.
The front desk staff is ridiculously rude and snotty. They acted like helping me was such a bother however they treated other («high class») customers with respect and kindness.

It was my sister’s bday spa day yesterday and we decided to get manicures, pedicures and massages.
The massage went extremely well then we moved on to pedicures. my sister and I started at the same time and it became odd to me that Jaime the nail tech finished first. when I came to the manicure is where I had the problem. I feel like Jamie maybe thought I wasn’t paying attention.
She didn’t take off all my nail polish off and when I asked her to please remove the rest of the nail polish, Jaime had a rebuttal and said that «it was only the corners». What? She didn’t buff my nails, remove my cuticles, and barely knew how to file my nails, where I had to step in and file them myself.
When I asked her to please remove my cuticle she also had a rebuttal and told me that «it was live skin». When you could clearly feel and see the dead skin around my fingernails. Jaime then proceeded to paint my nails and to tell me that she was going to remove my cuticle after they were dry? Where in the world? To make matters worse she never returned. I’m glad that the other nail tech Marissa stepped in and saved the day.

I have been going to Chelsea Bollinger for a little over a year now for manicures and pedicures. My fingernails were a mess from gardening, cooking and cleaning. She is a nail-​miracle worker and has brought my natural nails back to life. She never suggested acrylic nails to fix my weak nails — she just showed me how to take care of them with consistent manicures, gel polish that strengthened them, and daily oil treatments I did every night. I highly recommend Chelsea!

Won’t go back. Had just moved and was a half hour away now but still wanted to keep my appointment but had misjudged the new time travel. I called 5 minutes into my appointment time to let them know I was almost there and did arrive 8 minutes late. The girl taking my call was snippy to say the least and I sat there waiting until 45 minutes into my appointment time without anyone checking on me… not even once. Someone could have started me or at the very least, give me an update. Rude and neglectful staff. I had the courtesy to call and let them know I was running late!

I’ve been to many different places to get my haircut, but Tiffany Rosenfield cuts hair with the best of them. She knows exactly what I want everytime and even if she does a slight change it comes out amazing! If you need to get a hair cut before a big meeting or luncheon or just need a good clean up I highly recommended Tiffany!

Ryan W is extremely talented. Comes highly recommended from many clients and goes above and beyond to meet his clients needs.

While staying with my cousins down in Florida for a bit, I went here to try and get something a little bit different with my hair. Mine’s curly and I can’t do much with it. Ryan Wilbert styled it perfectly. He was so nice in taking care of me and understanding exactly what I wanted to do, then executed flawlessly. Would definitely go back!

Suzanne is truly amazing, best massage I have ever had! I can recommend an hour long therapeutic massage with her! She works with whatever you have going on and you leave feeling totally refreshed, relaxed and pain free!

Immature front desk management. But very gorgeous in the inside, and wonderful service providers!

I can always count on Tiffany to do an exceptional job on my color and cut. She is always very helpfull with all my concerns and objectives. Her skill set is second to none. Whitney is my go to person for event hair and makeup and has been a part of so many key moments and memories in my families life from my daughters wedding to graduations and anniversary parties. I love these girls and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Had the best massage from Thomas at Imperial beachside last weekend! Do yourself a favor and request him!

I have been going to Tiffany for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She does a great job cutting, coloring (whether it’s just a root touch up or a full color with highlights) and styling. I like that she suggests I go lighter or darker from time to time to «mix things up». I’m a creature of habit and wouldn’t try anything new if it weren’t for Tiffany’s suggestions. I would highly recommend her

Tiffany has been doing my hair for many years and she does an amazing job every time. I’m very particular about my hair and don’t want anyone to mess it up and I never have to worry about this with Tiffany. She is simply THE BEST.

Megan is amazing! She’s by far the best of the best in Melbourne. The entire experience at Imperial is first class. It’s immaculately clean, which is one of the most important things in my book. I’m a customer for life, especially bc of Megan

Awesome place! I got a highlight and color with Ryan and it was amazing!!! Honestly best color job I’ve ever received and the cut was on point! He was so cute and funny, made the time fly by! I will definitely be back to see him again!

Nikki did my hair for my wedding. We had a very unique wedding, I wore a fifities house wife style dress and Converses. Nikki helped pick out a style and it was gorgeous. We tested it a couple days before to see how it would hold up and the day of it was amazing. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t have been happier.

I have been to Imperial Spa a few times but none of them have been exceptional. I recently got the March special massage with foot masque and the service was okay, but the technician was scary.
She seemed like a nice person… but belonged as a referee at Daytona Bike Week or at Massage Envy instead of at an expensive spa.
I enjoyed the massage but was very hesitant the entire time about the technician. Made me feel uncomfortable thinking about how much money ($ 130) I was about to spend on this technician/​service.
I think I will save the money and try Massage Envy sometime. I unfortunately cannot say Imperial has ‘sealed the deal’ with me.
