After waiting in line for 8 minutes (with no acknowledgement whatsoever) for the cashier «Shanty» aka: Patricia: to continue giving discount after discount to the only customer in front of us. Shanty (Patricia) and the customer chit-​chatted for that entire 8 minutes. Finally we got up to the register (visibly frustrated after being ignored and waiting, with a 4 hour drive still ahead of us) and she was extremely rude and said «I guess you don’t want any coupons then».
I am a card holder and am absolutely flabbergasted by your staffs rudeness.
I guess if we don’t make idol chit-​chat and hold the lines up by 8 minutes… we don’t get extra savings???

I wasn’t too wild about this place when I first set foot inside. I was thinking, «Oh shit, this is another Kohl’s Department Store with uninformed staff and shitty no-​name brand clothes.» How wrong I was!
The staff is knowledgable and helpful when I come in. They sell fishing clothes, a decent selection of clothes for the gym, and have a giant women’s section (which obviously doesn’t help me, but I guess that’s all department stores). They have sales going on all the time; this doesn’t factor into the reviews, because the sales are geared in a way where they still make money and bring in customers (Macys, Dillards and JC Penny’s do the same thing).
