AT&T

Came to this store for a SIM card, that is all. Waited in the store for 45 minutes, and still was not helped. It’s a Wednesday afternoon, it’s not busy. Service at this store is extremely slow. I’m extremely frustrated. Apparently this location has close ties to the DMV, long waits and no solutions.

We stopped in here to get my senior citizen father a simple cell phone to add onto my account. We were greeted quickly by one of the two sales people who immediately picked up on the fact that we wanted a simple flip phone for my dad. He showed us the simple phones and did not try to sell us a more expensive smart phone.
The staff we experienced here was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our sales person pointed out that we could upgrade our data plan at no additional charge, which was much appreciated. He was patient and helpful as we chose a phone number that would be easy to remember. He even pointed out that our corporate discount plan also allowed us to get a discount on accessories, but did not push us to buy anything else on this visit. He just pointed out that we could take advantage of that at any time in the future.
Overall I was very pleased with the service we received here. Although the staff was young and very familiar with all the technology, they were able to easily relate to my father’s needs and get us in the right phone and set it up quickly.

The staff at this location was very prompt and friendly in helping me get signed up for a new plan and purchasing a new phone which lowered my monthly costs. I am very happy!!!

The staff in this place were more concerned about upselling me on everything than they we about my actual needs. They kept trying to push me in to things I did not want after repeatedly telling them no.
It’s worth driving somewhere else to have a staff that will actually listen to you and not hassle you when you don’t want all the bells and whistles.
