This is thee worst place place to go the original girl was great. I have brought my kid to walmart, dr. puzios in dennis which i thought was the most expensive places. My kid wanted contacts for christmas. I brought her in got exam and fittings. I told them charge me for everything i paid 240 minus AAA that brought it to 180.00. I was told by corporate that should of covered 6 months. I go back in she needed stronger contacts i was told come back. We go 2 weeks later due to a family emergency. There was some girl tara. She was thee rudest person i have ever dealt with obnoxious and hung up on me due to her lack of caring to belp. I have reciepts that state i should have 12 contact which would be 2 sets for 6 months. They are saying i need to pay for contacts. i guess they are thee most expensive in the world. 350.00 for just the visit and fitting and no contacts??? this is insaine even corporate doesn’t know why we dont have our contacts we did a conference call they were surprised at how rude we were treated. the paper work doesnt even say lens crafters just the doc. i asked repeatedly to speak to someone 8n charge tara stats thats me and your not getting contacts. i was told by the original girl no worries we keep in stock why say that if i did not buy them. I think its disgusting how people can be. They ruined my daughters christmas present and they need some lessons in customer service skills. i own multiple business and would never treat anyone like this. Its a disgrace to the name lens crafters. Its now 2 months and still have nothing. Wasnt for AAA i would of paid 240.00 for a exam and my kid learning to put contacts in her eye. i was told originally and by corporate that w40 should of covered 6 months. something funny is going on here… i plan to tell everyone watch out for xouble billing and dont let TARA treat you like a bum. your a paying customer i demand to be treated like one.

Terrible

Came with my mother to look at eye glasses. Neither one of us have worn eye glasses before & we weren’t impressed at all coming here. The display wasn’t very attractive presenting their designer named frames (of course the reason we stopped in!)
The dusty plastic trays were not very inviting to either of us nor the employees inviting either. Not one person greeted us or acknowledged our presence in the store. I mean we had to of looked some what lost while shopping, as a waiting customer had to direct us away from the men’s frames to the women’s section to avoid our own embarrassment.
We had to leave the Tory burch frames sadly behind.

Clerks were extremely friendly and personable. Very knowledgable about the merchandise.

I made an appointment 6 days before my appointment. 45 minutes before my appointment time, I get a phone call stating that my appointment had to be canceled because of a standing appointment at that time … um, really? You couldn’t tell me this WHEN I made the appointment? Awesome.

I have been going to and buying from this LensCrafters for about 2 years. In addition to Oleg, the manager Michelle is very friendly and accomodating. If there is a minor glitch, Michelle will make it right and keeps you posted. She knows the product and the procedure. I recommend this store above any other optician and eyewear store in this vicinity!

I totally agree with FP that Lenscrafters in Hyannis offers terrific service; and, that Oleg is a master of the trade. We have been customers for years and have never been disappointed. And we do always wait for Oleg when we need assistance.

Lens crafters goes above and beyond when it cones to customer service. I have been going there since 2004. They always have my glasses ready when they say they will and always help out even when the glasses in question were not made by them. Oleg is who I have been dealing with lately and he knows his stuff! If you rely on glasses to see and want prompt and courteous service, then this is the place to go.
I’ve been to other «private» optometrist in Sandwich and they never stand up to the high level of professionalism, customer service and timeliness that Lens Crafters does. And no I don’t work there. I am just a loyal customer.
