The spinach feta roll is Delicious in feeling for a quick lunch and healthier than a burger and fries. Service here was quick and friendly. I also highly recommend the citrus Jade mint tea, it is one the most delicious teas Have ever drank. I like my tea with four honeys and nothing else.

I really like this store! They know me and my partner and are so friendly… When I order on my app they always have it ready to go and have big smiles! The drinks are delicious and the store is always clean! Kudos to this team!

Not overly crowded and plenty of parking. Near great plaza shopping opportunities. Just south of NE Mall by about 2 blocks — so all is easy access. Actually the store owners couldn’t have found a much better location considering the neighborhood safety, traffic(number of potential customers), and variety of shops around the shopping strip.

Probably my favourite Starbucks location! Keep up the great work! Staff is always so friendly and location clean. Very fast service, which I love bc I stop here on my way to work and I am in and out in less than five minutes.

Barista Chris refused to make my drink in my personal cup with another store’s logo on it. When I’m paying $ 5 for coffee, and the employees care more about the branding of the cup than doing what’s right for the environment(especially when other Starbucks do it with no problem), there’s something wrong. Poor show, guys.

The staff at this Starbucks location is top notch! Always very friendly, it didn’t take them long at all to recognize my face and remember my usual order. Frequent coffee drinkers love that and they know it. Clearly they try to make every customer feel well taken care of. It adds a lot to a customer’s experience and is good for the company’s customer retention.

Still one of my fav Starbucks locations! Only a few miles from home so an ideal stop when heading out for a busy day. Love the cheery(but not obnoxiously so) baristas and prompt friendly service. Conveniently near Northeast Mall w ample seating and pleasant atmosphere, always worth a stop

This place is BIG! My last Starbucks review was on the café in Irving at 114 and Macarthur. That place is huge as well, but the big difference between the two is that the Hurst location is not as busy as the one in Irving. So you have the space, and the seating! The interior is on the corner of a very large strip mall area. The interior has a tremendous amount of tables, lounge chairs and a bar that looks outside. The exterior has a tremendous amount of seating as well that lines along one wall, turns the corner, and has a few seats in front of the other entryway. A great place to stop and do some reading or work on your laptop. The other 2 factors that count for me is the service and the product… check, check! It doesn’t have a drive thru, therefore when you actually go inside it cuts down on the mistakes in my case. There have been so many times that I went through the drive through, drove off, and then caught a mistake with my beverage and didn’t really have time to come back. In this place’s case, the mistakes are minimal, and the one time it happened, I caught it, went back to the counter with it, and it was quickly fixed! An awesome, friendly staff that makes a great cup of coffee. This is a regular stop for me and I don’t see signs of anything changing!

Better than the usual good Starbucks service. Interaction with customers is sincere, not of the saccharine variety. They do not grudgingly remake drinks; if you are not happy with a drink, they will gladly remake it. I like that they do not have a drive-through which means that they can focus their attention on you(and your drink is not waiting to be made because of drive-through orders).

I stopped in while waiting for my wife to finish up some shopping and had a very pleasant experience. Service was quick and the staff was cordial. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was above average. I’ll definitely stop into this location again when I’m in the area.

I want to like this store, I really do. I’ve spent a lot of time here. But I’ve slacked off on going to this store. Some of the worst internet service in the company. Never works, usually just get frustrated, and switch to my phone data, which just makes me more angry. When this place decides to finally upgrade to something better, I might go back. I’d rather stay at home and make my own coffee so that I can actually have working internet.

They’re really nice at this location! I went here to study and the barista remembered me from the last time I came. He was very kind and gave me a free pumpkin scone to go with my Pumpkin Spiced Latte! I’m sure it was because the place wasn’t busy as usual and it was nearing towards the end of the day. I’ve studied here several times and one time the barista would walk around offering leftover bakery goods for everyone when it was near closing time. I’m sure it was because they have to throw it away at the end of the day anyways. I guess I’m lucky to come on freebie days or that they’re just really sweet here! I LOVEFREEFOOOOD

It was a good Starbucks experience, but one thing about this visit creeped me out a bit. While waiting for my egg nog latte, I glanced up. Over the espresso machines there is a decorative element that looks like a swirl and is lit from within. It is fabricated from sheet metal and is connected to the ventilation system. The thing that bugged me is that the inside is it thick with dust, and this pile of dust is directly over the machine that makes the coffee and steams the dairy products(or non-dairy if you are a soy drinker). The fact that this swirl is part of the HVAC system, and thus has air moving through it, makes me think a lot of dust ends up in our drinks. If the place was not so slamming busy last night, I probably would have said something, so instead I’m going to Unilocal about it an hope it gets noticed. Bottom line: If dust bugs you, don’t look up while waiting for your beverage to arrive.

Yes, it’s a Starbucks. If you’re anything like me, that brings up all kinds of predetermined opinions, most of which have nothing to do with coffee. It’s one thing to dislike a chain(and I do dislike this particular chain), but it’s another to let that sway your opinion on what has to be the Starbucks that clings most to being a neighborhood hot spot in the area. This Starbucks has always treated me decently. The baristas have never looked at me like I’m purple and from Mars because I don’t have 23 facial piercings, the coffee has never been burnt(surprise surprise!), I’ve always had a place to sit, and I’ve never really felt out of place, which is one of the things that makes me hate most Starbucks. I always feel like every employee just wants me to either order and get out or shrivel up and die. I went here not too long ago just to get a coffee(and I do just mean a coffee, not a caffeinated milk shake) and sit down for a while. I wasted some time on facebook, did some people watching, read a little bit, and just kind of hung out. There were regulars discussing the music that the owner was playing. A barista actually checked on me and asked how I was doing. I went outside, and the smokers weren’t being forced out into the parking lot, they were allowed to sit outside in the 106 degree heat and smoke at a table with an ashtray available if they so chose. I like that. I like that this Starbucks doesn’t seem so caught up in making a corporate buck that the people giving them that buck are forgotten. Overall, it’s still a Starbucks, but if someone gave you a gift card or you have some urge for an overpriced cup of joe, this would be the Starbucks that I recommend. It still feels like a Starbucks owned by people.

Starbucks in recent years has trended from being a «hip hang out coffee shop» to a fast-food, cattle herding joint. For this particular location, they have a few different people working there, so it’s kind of awkward sometimes. They’ve stopped greeting you as you walk in the door, and trying to remember your name, but rather just asking what you want to drink and moving on… personally, I hate this one. The drive-thru ones are better because I tend to EXPECT a low customer service standard with a drive thru. BUT, if I’m eating in some place, even if it’s just a coffee shop, I expect to be treated better. That, and the coffee isn’t all that great anymore. There are a ton of local coffee shops around now that do a much better job. Roots coffee shop in North Richland Hills, Buon Giorno coffee in Grapevine, etc.
