Worst chipotle I have been to in a long time. Came in on a Sunday afternoon at 1:44pm and they were out of brown rice and chicken for 5 minutes and they were not even busy. The management in this place needs to pay attention to these thing cause it’s their bread and butter and should be easily recognizable when something is running low. I won’t be coming back to this location unless I have to.

Everyone has had to have had Chipotle, so my review won’t go into much detail on their menu. As this is a chain restaurant, I like to comment more about the service, cleanliness, and process experience.(These are the main factors that vary between chain locations.) I do this because all Chipotles will have the same menu item and unless something regarding taste isn’t consistent, then it won’t be mentioned. For example, this location STRUGGLESWITHCATERINGORDERS& large group orders. I’ve had both from this location several times, and they always seem to miss something. I try to avoid this location for such orders now. However, this location does surprisingly WELLDURINGBUSYHOURS, such as lunch. Some Chipotles can’t handle a large crowd in a time efficient manner, but this one can. There are several lunch options around this location so PARKINGISTERRIBLE. But the service here won’t be. They get people through the line pretty quickly and the workers are generally not unfriendly. This location could use more seating because there will be times you will not have seating if you plan to eat in. I will mention that I always go with a burrito bowl,(free) tortilla on the side. They are easier to eat and if you don’t finish it all, they transport and pack away well. If you want something not on the menu, THEYDOACCOMMODATE. If you want one taco(instead of the menu entrée of 3), you can get it and it will be priced individually. The individual, off the menu items are not priced on the menu. For those items, you will need to ask or just wait for the amount at the register. I think a lot of people forget, BUTYOUCAN(ASANADULT) GET A «KID’S MEAL» here. It’s also an alternative for those that don’t want a lot of food, and those that don’t feel comfortable ordering something not on the menu.

The salad bowl with chicken is awesome. This is one of my regular lunches. The tacos and burritos are great too. You can’t go wrong at Chipotle.

I lived near this spot years ago and recently stopped in while visiting my parents. The staff was friendly however after requesting double meat the woman looked insulted when I asked her if that was a double portion. It could be that proximity near the mall has the staff used to dealing with kids trying to get something for nothing but I’ve never had a Chipotle treat me so rude after I acknowledge a full extra serving of meat costs double. Once I got home(3 mins) and ate the food was horrible very under seasoned and most of all didn’t taste fresh. I won’t be back despite Chipotle being one of my favorite spots. Save your time and hit Freebird across the street.

I have been to a lot of different chipotle’s and this one is definitely the best. I am not sure what all the complaints are for, they may want to try some other locations and they would see what slow really was. I have a special request every time I go and they are always willing and able to make it happen. The line is always long when I walk in but I never wait in line very long.

I think something is happening to the quality of the Chipotle service. I love the Chipotle food! The fact that is natural ingredients and free range animals has been such a plus to me since it first opened 12 or 13 years ago. It is really my favorite fast food restaurant. And this location has always been my favorite as far as the flavor goes(for some reason, there is an inconsistency in the intensity of the herbs and spices from local to local). But the last time I was in this location(a week ago) one of the employees(I assume she was an employee, she was behind the line) had her hair down and was carrying a very small child on her hip. I just don’t think that sort of thing should be happening right behind the serving line.

I love chipotle, but this time my rice is ROCKHARD. I called just to let them know and the girl was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me speak to s manager.

I have gone here twice and out of those two times I’ve gotten the worst service ever! The same thing always happens. When we are in the food line and we are putting in the last ingredients before they start wrapping the burrito up they are always talking to another employee behind the counter while we are telling them what we want. This past time we went the girl didn’t put in the ingredient my boyfriend wanted so when we got to the cashier he asked if he could get it on the side since the girl was talking and so the cashier asked the girl for the ingredient on the side and she clearly looked at us and didn’t even give it to us! Also we had to clean up our own table because none of the tables were clean at all! They need new employees! This is the last time I go to this chipotle! I’d rather go to the one on 7th street where they actually do their job instead of talking!

Customer service fail. I wanted plain tomatoes for my order. Three different people stated they did not have it and did not bother to look further. Chipotle: you need plain tomatoes to make the pico de gallo you make every day. Walk to the back and get some.

Of the two times I’ve eaten here, my steak has been rare. I’ve had chipotle on 7th, hulen, and camp Bowie and the steak has never been rare. Always fully cooked. But when I eat at this particular location my stomach always gets upset. The workers are even eating onsite while cutting up the meat and talking amongst each other hardly paying attention to the customer. I love chipotle but I would avoid this location in particular.

The workers here have no sense of urgency, VERY rude, and VERYLAZY. I went at 9PM one day and they ran out of fajitas and chicken and they do not close until 10PM. The worst chipotle I’ve been to ever.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat. Don’t order pick-up from here though. They are stingy if you don’t watch them!

Not a fan of fatty meats that take longer to chew than waiting at the DMV. Overpriced, under qualified. Maybe the underlying goal is the workout you will get chewing, it has to burn calories.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but the one in Hurst is disappointing. The staff is indifferent and comprised mostly of young females who appear incapable of speaking loud enough to be heard in this noisy restaurant. The last two burritos I got there were also disappointing compared to the typical Chipotle experience. Today, I ordered a chicken burrito and the chicken was very dry and lacked flavor. The brown rice was cold and also a bit dry. I also split an order of chips and guacamole with my guest and the chips were stale and hideously over-salted. Chipotle came onto the scene offering a fresh, quality product. The franchise in Hurst is not living up to this reputation and does not appear to be getting any better.

This was my first Chipotle experience, I believe, back in high school when it was new. And it’s still the BEST Chipotle I have ever had. And it comes down to this: excellent staff that provide generous portions of delicious food every time. The set up is pretty standard, and it’s a clean restaurant. But seriously, I’ve been to Chipotles in Minneapolis, San Francisco, Rochester, NY, Seattle, and all over, but this location is STILL my favorite.

Yum Yum. This is probably my favorite burrito shop. I get the Baracoa burrito which is always good. My only gripe with Chipotle is that they do not have Diet DP. Since I don’t care for Coke I bring my own DDP with me. I know it probably bugs them but I don’t want to pay two bucks for a drink I don’t care for. The service is usually good but some days not so good.

Get your money’s worth and order a bowl, fill it to the brim with your favorites, ask for a tortilla or two(they’re free) and make your own burrito. The bowls can be filled with much more than what you get in a burrito!

Not a real big fan of this place. I can see why you get such big burritos. it’s because they load it up with rice. I like rice but damn! I just don’t see why everybody like this place? I guess if you like rice alot this place is for you. if not you might want to head across the street.
