Absolutely disgusting. I ordered three steak egg and cheese bagles &3 sausage burittos for my nieces and nephews and they were the greasiest meals I’ve ever seen in my life. After calling six times I decided to come up to the restaurant and after explaining what had happened, the manager, Erica, treated me like I was a liar and spoke to me with such disrespect. I would never expect a «manager» to talk to a PAYING customer like that. I will be writing corporate to explain what happened. I’m standing inside the store at 5AM while my nieces and nephews are in the car waiting of breakfast. After the manager said her peace, I was given my order for the second time, minus the burritos.

The old lady with glasses takes your order, but speaks English poorly. Be prepared to wait. One meal= an entire time to set up my Unilocal app and right this review before it was ready(and I am in the drive through)…

I always come here for ice cream especially since I have late night cravings. The managers is really cool! Seems like he works by himself around 12pm-3pm(my experience) He would hook us up with a large ice cream cup/sundae and put give a ton of toys to my boyfriends son. Makes him the happiest kid in the world.

My worst fast food visit. I knew something wasn’t right when the girl who took my order through the drive-thru sounded sluggish. I had a 99 cent coupon for a happy meal and told her twice that I wanted a boys happy meal. I also ordered a 5 piece wings to see what the hype was about. When I pulled up to pay, I could tell that she was either not too bright or just woke up or recently suffered a concussion. The look on her face made me question her intellect. I gave her my credit card and the coupon faced up in plain sight. I figured that she would know what to do with the coupon. When I received my receipt, I was surprised to see that she had rung me up for the full price of the happy meal. I told her I had given her a 99 cent coupon and she looked at it confusingly, fiddled around with the register and then proceeded to tell someone in the back that I didn’t tell her what to do with the coupon before I gave it to her. I guess in the future I’ll have to hold her hand and guide her step through step on how to recognize a coupon and a customer’s order and put two and two together. She proceeded to look blankly into space and told me to pull forward and someone will fix my order up at the second window. When I pulled up, there were two older Mexican women speaking Spanish. I knew I was in trouble again. I was uncertain they would have any idea of what happened earlier nor would they even know how to remedy my problem so, I didn’t bother asking them to refund me my happy meal money. When I drove away, pissed off at the intellectual level of the order taker, I was yet given another slap in the face when I looked in the bag and saw that the happy meal toy was a girls toy. I had told her TWICE I wanted the boys. Maybe in some rare situations some people truly do deserve $ 15/hr minimum wage that they demanded but, in this case and at this location, I highly doubt these people deserve even what they’re being paid now. I think this McDonalds needs to teach its workers some critical thinking skills and help them identify what a coupon looks like, what it is used for, and what the difference between a boy and a girl is. Update: I’ve raised the ratings because this place seems to have improved.

OK I don’t EVER eat McDonald, I usually just get my daughter & I drinks(With the occasional paying the $ 1.00 or so for one of the toys with out the meal if they have something my daughter really likes) and let my kid run around the play area if we need to kill time and the weather outside is either too hot or to cold to go to the park. We came here about a month or so ago and I will NEVER go to this McDonald’s again. The place was filthy, the play area smelled really funky. There was at least one elementary school age girl with a broken arm who was in a bad mood was in the play area who was on her own in the play area while her mom was finishing her shift. I already have a hard enough time going into a McDonald’s with all the stuff I know about the corporation … this place just made me willing to drive a the other way to one of the other fast food joints that have an indoor play area.

Okay, first of all I’m a bit confused at why this McDonalds only have Spanish/Mexicans working here or during my visit. Sometimes and I don’t mean this in a negative way, cheap labor isn’t always good. Especially when you can’t get a simple order off the Dollar Menu right… WTH!!! Exactly!!! And then look at you strange as if you said something wrong. «Oh Hell No»!! Broken English should not qualify you to work at a large chain of any restaurants and certainly not McDonalds. This is the first one ever to be disappointing…:)(

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We went so my daughter could play. The entire restaurant is filthy. The kid’s section being the worst. The food was inedible. It didn’t taste right. I think the nuggets were ok but the burger was disgusting. I don’t know how it tastes so different than any other I’ve ever had but it did! I’ve been here probably 6 – 7 years ago and it wasn’t gross back then. I will never go back here. There are cleaner ones close by with edible food. Stay far far away from this one!!! I’m still grossed out and it’s 9 hours later!

I would have originally given this place a 3 star rating but just too many disappointing things happened here to get that rating. First off, the service was friendly and helpful. But, the lobby was kind of dirty(I had to look for a clean table) and it wasn’t that busy at the time. Plus, during the time that I was there(about 20 – 30 minutes) I never saw anyone come out and clean things up. Also,(and I know that this location has no control over this) 2 of my 6 Chicken McNuggets had some kind of un-eatable item in them(likely cartilage). I know McDonald’s is trying to go fresh and all, but I think I’d prefer the artificial nuggets if it means that I don’t get chewy bits in it. But it was also striking that I got this chewy stuff in a kids McNugget happy meal(I wanted the Spiderman toy, ok?). It caused me to wonder how many kids could swallow this on accident? But other then these issues, I’d give this location a 3 star rating for average.
