Went thru the drive thru, had the order repeated back to me, they put a DOUBLECHECKED for accuracy sticker on the bag, I drove all the way back to work and wouldn’t you know it, My Order Was Wrong! I called back and left a polite message on the voice mail as to the reason I was calling and …5 days later I am still waiting for someone to call me back.

First of all when going through the drive thru they will make you park. Second they use an answering machine to take your phone call. I have never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant. I left a message 12 hours a go and no one has returned my call. I’ll just spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been to this location 4 times. Not once has my entire order been correct. One time the girl even argued with me about the blizzard type when I tried to get my order corrected. Another time I ordered a blizzard, got home and it was the wrong type. This most recent time, I ordered 6 piece steak finger dinner. Got charged for 6 piece, got home and it was a 4 piece. I tried to call several times, and got an answering machine. Never a refund. The steak fingers were hot and fresh, so two stars.
