My wife and I have been going to Aspen Dental Care for close to 20 years. Doc Palmer provides great service, always mindful of the concerns of the patient. When we have extensive work to do, Doc Palmer describes the project in detail. If necessary he will stage the project over several visits. His office staff and assistant, Ms. Linda, has been with him since we began with his services. Ms. Linda works with Dr. Palmer as an assistant. She also provides outstanding front office services including working with insurance, setting appointments, making follow up calls, billings and all those things. If you are waiting for a family member to finish with their appointment, sit down and relax. You will have friendly conversation, opportunities for a great cup of coffee and excellent reading resources available. No, this team is not replaceable.
