Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Interesting place. I saw the Surf and Turf add on TV the other night and since I was next to Popyes during dinner time, I decided to try it out. Bottom Line Up Front: For me it’s too much fried stuff. However the chicken and shrimp were both OK. Not grease laden but still not my thing. Portion wise it’s like they claimed 4 shrimp (much smaller than the ones shown on TV) and two strips of chicken (I got three must have been my lucky day). Kudos to Mr. Ellie Brake the Manager. Saw him walking into the store and he picked up some garbage lying on the floor. Most Managers would have sent someone out to do it. I did not say anything to him, since I figured this is a better medium to spread that word. Nice job Ellie. Although not my style of cooking it was not like eating glass. Will I return, unsure…
