Older gent behind the counter working on paperwork knew I was standing right in front of him for well over a minute but was so rude he couldn’t be bothered to look up. When I moved toward the door, he suddenly came to life, feigning buzy-​ness (even though only one customer was in the store). I told him to forget it and went down the street to Marsh’s where the folks are more attentive. Customer service at the national number is the worst. I don’t even know how this place stays in business. Never going there again.

Had a really great experience here. Was able to find a suit for under $ 100 that fit great. They were super helpful and didn’t seem phased that I was looking for an inexpensive suit.
I had it tailored here as well and they did a solid job. The sleeves ended up being a little short after the first alteration so they altered them again (without charge — as they should) to be perfect.
Would definitely go here again if I needed a suit or jacket.

Can always count on my friend Mr. Matarazzo to take care of me when I head for my yearly shop at Jos. A Banks. Last time, I got a suit and a shirt for like $ 250. They always have specials, so make sure to ask Mr. Matarazzo before you shop!
