Corinne’s Concepts In Catering

Corinne catered our wedding and it was amazing right from the start. I’m a last minute planner and with only 3 months to put together a wedding for 100 guests Corinne helped me get my act together. She came up with a great southern style buffet menu that managed to come off as sophisticated even with a fried chicken option. Her staff was so on point that I think my attempts to help were just getting in their way, the head waiter took the seating chart from me as I was frantically trying to arrange chairs and shooed me out to go have fun with my guests & for the rest of the night I did exactly that. 5 waiters took care of over 100 people, passing horsd’oeuvres, taking plates & refilling glasses, then packed everything up perfectly at the end of the night, giving me back my apothecary jars & cake trays and my mom’s silver serving knives and taking back all the rented dishware.
Honestly I can’t say enough good things about Corinne and her staff. Thank you!

We used Corrine’s to cater our engagement party, which we held in our backyard. Specifically, they took care of the food, tables, and service. From beginning to end the staff, food, and presentation was amazing. Their cleanup was just as superb. We would highly recommend them for any offsite catering event.

Not much has changed since 2012:
I just had an event there and due to a change in people. it cost me an excessive amount of money.$$$$$
The owner is RUDE. This change was a mistake on the owner behalf and I didnt reread my contract to catch it in time. Since there wasn’t a change int he number of people attending I didnt see a reason to reread it. Lets face it If party planning was my full time job then I wouldnt need them.
After the fact she was not willing to make any accommodations. She was very adamant that it was my mistake and not hers.
If you are going to have a party there READ your contract OVER and OVER.

I absolutely love Corinne’s Concepts in Catering. They are my steadfast caterer for my annual holiday parties. Randi, Samantha & Jarid make everything so easy, so stress free. When you deal with perfection it makes everything wonderful. From menu planning to delivery to serving I rate each and every part an A+. I became a client when my daughter turned 16, that was 16 years ago!!! Corinne’s is more like family now. Can’t wait to plan another event!

Corinne was a dream come true to work with from start to finish. From the first time I spoke to Corinne and her team (Randi and Samantha) she was nothing but a pleasure to work with and so helpful. She accommodated our every need and was able to quickly think on her feet a week and a half before the wedding when our tent vendor out of the blue told us we were not able to have sternos under the tent or we needed to pay $ 600 for a larger more expensive tent.
Corinne was fantastic in every aspect. We had a couple of communication hiccups the day before the wedding which was incredibly stressful, but Corinne truly made up for it on the day of the wedding by being attentive to the whole bridal party and working hard to make sure everything went according to plan.
Everything was beautiful and the food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding (and it was MY wedding so you know I was beyond critical!!). The cedar plank salmon in a creamy dill sauce was the biggest hit but truly, every single appetizer and entrée and dessert was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
We chose to do a small cutting cake on top of a tier of cupcakes. They were presented beautifully.
Corinne’s was efficient, flexible, and made us feel like we were their most important clients.
I will use Corinne’s for any future event I have, big or small, and am handing out a business card to ANYONE who is looking for a caterer that I meet.

Just completed my 3^rd event with Corinne’s. could not have gone any better and been more well prepared.
I am a corporate customer who required 100% off premise preparation. We had hot delicious food as well as flavorful cold salads. In my 3 meetings with Jarid, he took comprehensive notes and every concern was addressed. During the set up for the event while we were making adjustments, there was not a single issue.
Every employee was friendly and accommodating, the food was well prepared and most of all, there was a «can-​do» attitude to make it perfect, which it was. I will use Jarid and Corinne’s catering again no question.

we have event on 17^th September, i call her last moment and she does wonderful job. food is very nice everyone love it, i love the part way she decorate food try and sandwich small tray stand.

I was going to give them 1 star for sure, because of how inflexible they were leading up to the event, and how flat out RUDE the owner Corinne was to me. However, when they showed up at the event, the on-​site staff was lovely, efficient and kind, and the food was good. So their two stars are strictly for execution.
Here are some important things to understand if you want to use this caterer:
1. Their menu prices that they list on the website are not accurate, and are actually all about 10−30% higher than what’s listed. So when I went to budget for my event, it all looked so reasonable! Then the actual order came through and everything was a higher price. I asked the sales manager to honor the prices on the website and she said no way… their prices are all «subject to change».
2. They are totally inflexible with their prices. Now look, I get that everyone has to make a living. But $ 5 per person for iced tea and lemonade? Preposterous. I asked for several over-​inflated prices to be tapped down a bit and the answer was always NO. This is quite unusual as most caterers will meet in the middle on some items in order to make the client happy.
3. Corinne has a snotty attitude and left me feeling sorry that I gave her any revenue. She gave me incorrect information about payment, and then reneged on what she initially told me regarding payment terms. She is the owner! She is in charge, yet refused to honor her word. Plus, she kept referring to my event (which was an memorial service luncheon) as a «party» and said «your party is too last minute, it has to be this way». Yes, Corinne, memorial events usually are planned last minute. And no, they are not «parties». And most caterers are happy for the business and can handle small events with a basic menu with ONE WEEK’S notice.
As I mentioned, the on-​site servers were fantastic and the food was OK. The presentation was lacking. No sign cards for sandwiches or dishes so guests had no idea what anything was. Other caterers do much better with those small details. They were efficient with set up and clean up, though.
