I have used this service 3+ times. The delivery service keeps you updated at all times. If you just feel like being lazy and getting anything under the sun from a Diner then you can. One time I ordered a soup and they ran out at the diner and I was quickly updated by them and reimbursed. The service is timely, usually 30−45mins. I get texts through each step of the way and let you know when your delivery is on its way. I will use this service in the future again.

Very professional and fast service. We have used them several times. They text updates every step of the way. The food arrived fast. Good choice when you don’t feel like dining out but want restaurant quality food delivered to your door.

This was the first time I ordered from Grab My Grubs. I had a fair experience. After you log in, it was easy to order. The food was delivered about 45 minutes later. I received a call from the restaurant notifying me that they did not have the grilled artichokes and asked for a substitute. OK. The real problem was the $ 29.00 overcharge for an unauthorized substitution. I called to request a credit. It has yet to post.
Update 1 day later: I received a credit on my card the the correct amount.

Awesome service. We order from them at least 2x a week and there always on point and I love the email updates. I wish they would pick up more restaurants. I would like to recommend Ciro’s Relish and Red Café

Not quite sure why the reviews are bad. I used Grab my grub twice now (last week and this week) and they rock! Although they don’t guarantee delivery time, so far they came with really hot food in 35 mins one time and the second time in 45 mins… but that was Saturday night. The food is so much hotter than when I take out from a restaurant and the drivers so far are very professional. I love getting dinner from restaurants that don’t deliver!!! Even though they have a great selection, I look forward to grab my grub expanding the number of restaurants they have.

As a busy working mom, Grab My Grubs just makes my life a lot easier. This is such a great and convenient restaurant delivery services for everyone. The website is easy and simple to navigate. I love ordering my dinner while I am at the office and setting the time for delivery for when my family gets home. The food comes hot and the drivers are polite and courteous. I have recently introduced Grab My Grubs to my office and we are now weekly customers. We order a different cuisine every week and use them constantly for our corporate lunch meetings. This is a really awesome service and I highly recommend it whether your a busy mom, office professional or a hungry family! Definitely give them a try!

The only reason they are getting one star is that zero isn’t an option. The drivers who are already tipped well conveniently never have change and the wait time which were once 35 – 45 minutes have steadily increased to at least triple that. Unacceptable service for a lazy man’s business. Much like the Holocaust never again.

This service is great. I once had a problem but since then they have been perfect. Sometimes it takes a little time but they seem to wait to place the order till they know a driver can get their. Order early for a later time and you will get it when you want it. The food always arrives hot.

Don’t order from this service if you want personalized attention. If your zip code doesn’t match their map it doesn’t matter how close you actually are to a particular restaurant. And if they offer you an alternative, beware… Not all restaurants are the same quality that they warrant the fee this service charges!
