Employees aren’t rude but they’re not very nice either. The place is dirtier than usual and pretty slow. They don’t even mop right. In addition, the smell is horrible when you walk in and still for a couple of minutes.

I’ve only been here twice and the service is really bad. The first time I came with my mother in law and she was ordering her food but the cashier wasn’t paying attention because she was to busy talking to another employee and gave her something she did not want. I let that one slide. Now this is the second time I come and they are scattered. Everyone is mad because we’ve been waiting 15 – 20 min for our food. One of the cashiers was telling another employee to get Behind the register to help and he had this face that he didn’t want to do it. You can just feel the tension. I feel bad for the ONE person that’s doing all the cooking. I ordered my food at 4:39pm and it’s now 5:03pm and still waiting. I finally got my food and they charged me 60cents for mozzarella sauce and they didn’t even give me any freaking sauce

If I can do a negative star I would. Worst customer service EVER. Dirty tables, floors, trash all over. Reported it to the manager twice, didn’t send someone out until 10 minutes later. Never come here. This place should be shut down.

I was waiting in drive thru more then 30 minutes. When I got to the window l asked nicely about the reason of the delay. The employee in the window answer that should leave if I have any complaints. And lock the window.

Hate HATE this McDonalds freakin rude drive thru people yelling excuse me threw the speaker like they don’t know you’re not talking to them! Acting like they cant hear u all the time! It’s ridiculous and then you get to the window no good morning! No thank you so much for shopping with us today! Not even a smile! And to top it off no makeup on your face people look at least presentable ridiculous spend your money elsewhere BK be a KING!

Very horrible experience toilet seats with poop on top of that got locked inside the restroom why the door handle broken Manager excusing that they don’t have enough employe to clean the restroom o lord that’s not an excuse really stupid he could of done it him self but of course if your going to b gossip with the employee there’s never time for anything so sad to see a McDonalds in that really bad conditions .and I bought something so me like a customer had the right to complain never in my life will go there thank God I don’t live in that city so nasty

They are cheap. The dollar menu mc chicken that I ordered a week ago had horrible looking lettuce, like old. They dont give you ketchup with your deluxe breakfast (drive in). Once I ate in this Mcdonalds and it was packed like at 11am and it was humid/​hot and they didn’t have the AC on.

This McDonald’s in particular has the worst drive thru service ever. Never fails. It’s one block from my house but I kid you not I drive the extra 10 blocks to get to the next one because chances are I’ll be done faster there than on this location. Even when there’s only 2 cars ahead of me I know I’m looking to wait at least 15 minutes. The only reason I ever go here is when my mother is in the car with me and forces me to make the long tideous wait for just a coffee. If you’re in the area, the one on Soto right across from Farmer Johns is the spot! Even when their line is all the way to the street you’ll be out in no time. They even have your bag ready at the window before you even drive up to them after paying in the first window. So awesome! But this place here! BAD!!!

Ok so I go in the drive thru, make my order and I also told the girl I need two cups with ice, I’ll pay them.
She repeated the order correctly including the two cups of ice, I follow thru pay at the first window and the off to the second window to pick up my order
Here’s where it gets ugly. The moron at the window gives me my order, and I’m still waiting there for my two cups.
He comes back all happy n gitty «did u need anything else ?»
Me: yes. My two cups of ice
Him: Hahahah what u mean
Me: huh why u laughing ?
Him: we don’t give water away
Me: I know that! I’m not asking for that I’m asking for my two cups of ice that I also ordered
Him: why u lying? … U don’t have to lie !
Me: EXCUSE ME??? Lying? Ask the girl on the speaker tell her and she will confirm it !
Him: are u sure. In his wining voice «hooomagawddd «let me just give them to u
Me: can I speak with ur manager ?
While I saw she was behind him and murmured some shit and he gave me my damn cups after he pissed me off
There all stupid and have attitude specially when they see u checking ur order before leaving the drive thru ! And the ask for ketchup
U don’t have the best job! But u sure can have the best attitude and make it the best but ur all miserable ! I come here often but not for me ! For my siblings .
I hope the manager or owner is reading this so they can implement some customer service coaching because obviously they be hiring anyone !

Okay so what can a vegan be eating at mcd? Let me tell you, on Fridays they have the 2 for $ 3 Big Mac so i bring the whole fam. I order mine with no meat pattys add extra sauce and bring my own veggie patty which Is added instead. they make no fuss about like other MCD’s do. that is why I give them 5 stars

I ordered at 11:21am… was stuck behind 4 cars in the drive-​thru for nearly 10 minutes before I got to the first window to pay. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order.
This was not the only bad experience I have had at this Drive-​thru, another time, I actually payed, and when I got to the 2^nd window to pick up my order, they tell me they will not be able to have my order. All I had ordered were 2 pies, could they have not told me when I ordered they didn’t have any? Or, how about when I payed?
I shall from now on go to the McDonald’s on Florence!

I am writing this as I am sitting in the drive thru right now. I have literally been stuck in the drive thru for 10 minutes, so that leaves me a pretty good amount of time to write a review. I should begin with that I got into line at 1:20 pm so after lunch hour. Finally make it to the pay window, 14 minutes after ordering, and they say they can’t process order. Isn’t that some sh*t? Make us all sit in the line wasting gas and time. I would have left, but had a car in front and behind me. I recommend going else where.

That I should live to see the day when I’d I be the first reviewing a McDonalds franchise. Well that day has come, but this particular location offers a great deal on a nostalgic and iconic delicious McDonalds’ favorite and thus worth mention.
Now I stop here frequently and have probably tried everything on the breakfast and dinner menu at one time or another and feel like a true expert with my recommendation for a high quality, fine dining experience at this McDonalds location.
Not! This place has a purpose and frequent dining sampling the entire McDonalds menu is not that. At least not for me. It is great for a quick inexpensive fix now and then when in the area though.
I have some suppliers in the nearby area and when making a pick up myself on any given Friday I make a point to stop here via drive through. A little tricky though, enter off Slauson going East zig-​zagging through parking lot and ending up going South on Pacific. Nothing an insane driver can’t handle however.
The reason besides being fast, convenient and saving travel time, 2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese…2 for $ 3. No, I don’t inhale both usually giving the extra 380 – 460 calorie messy concoction to one of the workers who help load my van when I reach my destination. I will admit that I do try to continue to devour one at every stop light before I get there though, usually wearing more of the Big Mac than I’d prefer.
I know, not really healthy eating, but when it’s your first meal of the day, washed down by a small gratis cup of crystal Huntington Park artesian spring water with ice, it will do the job until dinner time, 4 or 5 hours later.
