We were very pleased with the job that Wayne did in manufacturing and installing our shutters. Wayne installed shutters for nine windows plus «slider» shutters installed over our sliding glass doors. They absolutely transformed the rooms that they were installed in. Also, we were very pleased with the price which we felt was very reasonable for the quality and professionalism exhibited by Wayne.

I had a few estimates before receiving Trinity’s. I was a little apprehensive because the price was so good, but my trepidation was for naught. They came on time, did a beautiful job installing and left without leaving any mess– very clean. Several months later when I got down on my hands and knees to clean the floor, I noticed a few tiny dots of paint. I texted them, they (Wayne) responded immediately and promised to take care of it. No questions asked. I had almost every window in the house done and love the custom shades.

We are very happy with the shutters that we got from Trinity. We needed window coverings for our new home and saw his flyer on our door one day. Called to set up an appointment and it just all worked out pretty smoothly. Wayne, the owner, is super cool and easy to work with. They manufacture their own shutters so there is no middleman and the prices are a lot better compared to other companies. In total we got shutters for 10 windows. What I liked the most was how every style was the same price so it made it easy to decide and the borders that he offers are much wider and better quality. Trinity is a great company and you get a quality, hand-​made product. Not some mass-​produced, MDF engineered shutter. You won’t be disappointed.

I was referred to Wayne through a friend and boy am I glad I was. I had several bids on my shutters and they tried to over charge me for products made in China. Wayne manufacturers his own shutters, price was the best, and their real wood. The staff that came to install with Wayne were so professional, clean, and meticulous. We loved working with Wayne! He built us two small window shutters and a sliding shutter door to our backyard that looks amazing. He matched the new shutters to our existing shutters with careful attention to style and paint color. They turned out beautifully. He also repaired some existing shutter louvers as well. He was professional and pleasant to work with, along with being very knowledgeable about his craft. His recommendations were spot on. His prices were very reasonable considering how much work is involved in building and painting shutters. We were impressed with the quality of product we got for our money. Percise, Perfection, Beautiful, Detailed and Professional is how I would describe my experience with Wayne from Trinity Window Fashions. Prior to calling Wayne I did get two quotes elsewhere and they were awful. After seeing how beautiful Wayne’s shutters looked on Unilocal and Facebook, I was interested in a quote and wanted to see them in person. I know what some of you might be thinking, shutters are shutters who cares. WRONG! That’s what I thought until Wayne came, brought me some samples and educated me on what kind wood and paint he uses to make these custom shutters. I was very impressed by how personable and professional Wayne was. He was honest and informed me of the pros and cons of having wood shutters. Thank goodness I went with Trinity windows. Wayne came and personally installed my shutters with two of his workers. The way how Wayne and his team handled the installation of our shutters was very impressive. End result, we LOVE our shutters. They are worth every penny. If you’re looking to upgrade and consider shutters, give Wayne a call.

I give Trinity Window Fashions 5-​stars hands down. Wayne, the owner, will come out to your home and ask what type of style you’re looking for, and give you options on what type of sub-​styles and colors you can choose from. If you tell him over the phone before he comes out what styles and colors you’re considering, he’ll bring actual samples with him so you can put up against the wall and see how they look. Its good to have an idea of the style you want beforehand, and you can look at the company’s website to get an idea of what styles you like. We got plantation shutters for all the rooms in our house, an off-​white color, a yellow-​white. Beautiful! Wayne is a very friendly, low-​key guy who was never pushy or tyring to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He’ll give you a quote, and thats what he charges you, tax and all. Highly recommend this company!

After shopping around for window treatment for our new home we decided to use Trinity Window Fashions. Having 33 windows we wanted plantation shutters for, we took our time to make sure we were making the right decision on who to use.
Wayne on the initial meeting was on time and had every sample we wanted to see available which was a plus. We were not made to use our imagination when trying to see how something would look, Wayne just went to the truck and grabbed it.
We ended up ordering 4.5″ louvers with a split tilt and clear view 100% basswood. Wayne also does not add costs for extras. He is very honest and his pricing is very competitive. The shutters we were told would take about 4 weeks to make and then install. This was over the holiday season as well. Wayne does not buy the shutters from oversees but makes them himself in his shop in Costa Mesa.
Wayne called us about 3 weeks later telling us he has completed making the shutters and to schedule the install. He again was on time for the installation and he and his crew were very professional. They work fast and efficient and left our home as clean as it was before he came. I could not say more about the professionalism and the quality of his shutters. We love them and would recommend Trinity to anyone looking for shutters for your home.
Wayne was always courteous, on time and moreover honest about everything. We love our shutters as they look wonderful and are very happy with the quality.

I contracted with Wayne Crespin of Trinity Window Fashions 4 weeks ago for plantation shutters. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve called him a couple of times to check up on my shutters, and he always returns my phone calls. Another 2 weeks to go, and I’ll have those shutters. Can’t wait to see the end result. I will be back to update this review after my shutters are installed.
Wayne came back to install 2 shutters. He was clean and meticulous in his preparation and installation. The quality of the shutters is very good! No gaps or seems or uneven corners. Also, Instead of taking my money for some arched shutters, Wayne was honest enough to explain that he was unable to make the shutters in the manner that I wanted and even refunded my deposit. What company would do that? Unheard of!
I highly recommend Wayne and his company, Trinity Windows. You will not find a better or more honest company for the quality or for the money!
