The so called Finance Manager Alana Tran is a joke, this lady is really rude and did not want to answer any question, and only wanted us to Sign since we were paying cash. As for the sales Department, watch for a fat guy name Steven Tran (another reviewer has the guys pix) he sits on a raised stage must be Alana brother, he try to sell me Running boards for a Highlander for $ 1000. Get everything in writing before you sign any documentation. IMO stay away from these guys.

Just was told they wouldn’t take my car after waiting for a half an hour for service., due to closing in 45 min. It was 4:20pm. I got there before 4:00 pm.
2 guys cut through me and got their car taken.
The service guys were not customer minded!!!

This is a worst place to buy a car here don’t ever come here to purchase or lease any car from here especially the guy name Steven Tran he is a Finance Manger, he has a bad attitude bad temper not honest take advantage on when you are first buyer or bad credit… And here this is his picture …

I just purchased a 2015 Camry SE, I was so relieved and happy with the staff and the quick process. I had shopped around 4 other Toyotas, and this place had the best price and EVERYTHING else! Alan, Steven, and Alana were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Many of my friends and family had referred me to them, and I’m so glad that I had made my purchase here! I definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to come here if your are look for efficiency on time consuming and well above and beyond deal! Thank you again for your help! All of them do total BS. They will do everything they can to RIP YOU OFF YOUR MONEY. They have really bad customer service. All they do is try to rip you off honestly. My cousin that works at a better dealership, talked to the people that were trying to sell my dad a car. What’s are their names Victor and Steven? I don’t know but all I can say is that my cousin talked to them on the phone and told them exactly what deal he can give my dad and that they can do the same for my dad, but they denied and said that they cannot do that and said they have to sell him the car a little more than what we asked for. They also said I cannot have that car under my name because I don’t have good credit? How is my credit not good if it’s 720? I don’t understand them. They are total bull shit and they are trying to scam their customers. Ripping their customers off so that they can profit for more. If they really wanted to help my dad and get a good deal, they would already. Instead of bargaining for more than my dad can afford. I thought customer service was supposed to be priority for car dealerships? I guess not here at this place! Total Gip! And rude AF when they’re talking to my dad and I. If they don’t want to sell him the car, then they should just say so from the beginning. Instead of being total DOUCHE BAGS.

Before I came here, I went to Irvine Autonation to look for a 2014 FRS. I knew it would be hard to find since 2015 models were coming in. One of the monkeys there decides to play game with me and tries to sell me a car they did not even have. Pissed off, I end up making a call to Scion of Huntington Beach. Rollin kindly answered the questions I had and calmed me down professionally. He found the car I wanted (Irvine Autonation said they could not locate any FRS available… obviously a huge lie), and all the processing did not take too long. We just bought a 2014 4 Runner at Toyota of HB. I also bought my Camry there a few years ago and we always use their service dept. The service has always been top notch. As residents of HB it is important to us to always buy local in our community. Elio in the online sales dept took great care of us.

I just leased 2014 Camry today and was assisted by Andrew. I traded a 2007 Corolla which has upside down by thousands of dollars but the dealership did everything possible to get me out from my old car and put me into a brand new car in a short time ever in dealership. It was so easy very honest guys unlike where I bought my crv. I recommend you guys to try the place. Dont take my words as it is you have to go and find it out for yourselves. Elio was a super salesman. I was actually able to get the deal done all via text because I had to work. There was a «hiccup» at the end of the deal, Elio was very courteous and helpful and did everything within his capabilities to make me happy.
I am pleased with the car and all my Toyota products!

I got my XB here. Mark was especially helpful — it was a fairly last-​minute decision on my part and he made the process very simple and smooth. Absolutely happy with my purchase, and will be coming here for a vehicle for my husband soon for sure.
