Dishonest People.
Hindi is especially rude and has no knowledge of property law.
My security deposit was stolen and now I have to sue them to get over $ 2000 back. They said that they cannot help me when all they need to do is contact the landlord, but they refused.
Do not rent from these people. They are unprofessional and have shady representatives.

I guess this is actually a legit property management company, but my experience with them recently made me think it was a total scam. Called Julie several times about a listing and never heard back. This rental I was interested in looked perfect, so I didn’t want to miss out. I happened to be on vacation when I found it (the same day it was posted), and since I couldn’t get a hold of the leasing agent I decided to apply hoping it would at least hold my spot in line while I waited to get a call back to see it. A few days went by and still no response about a showing or the application so I called again. Finally got a hold of Julie who very rudely told me to call somebody else. That woman said my application was at the bottom of the pile and that she probably wouldn’t even look at mine. I called her later to see if we should still pursue this unit and got no response again. The frustrating part was that I paid $ 80 for application fees for an app that was never read and my credit was never even run. I just gave them $ 80 for nothing.

I live in San Diego and have a property in Anaheim which we wanted to rent, and considering that we will not be able to give personal attention, decided to hire a property management company. By stroke of luck we found Real Property Management (RPM). First I talked to Bryant who was very encouraging and patiently listened to all my queries and his answers gave me confidence that they will take care of all our worries. He handed our case to Eric to manage and he is such a wonderful person too. Both Bryant and Eric have been very helpful and patient and honest. i only wish I had further opportunity to do business with them, but due to personal unforeseen events we had to put the house on sale. but I would recommend RPM if anyone wants peace of mind if they want to rent their property.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I saw a home for rent listed by the company. My wife called the agent Julie Rodriguez twice and I called her twice as well. The calls went to voice mail every time and we never received a courtesy call back.
We found out that the house had been rented to another family. I suppose this company or specific agents who represent them are trained to ignore potential tenants rather than provide any sort of assistants. Either way it’s a bad reflection upon this company.
Rpm coast you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Our dishwasher went out a few weeks ago. I called in the ticket and a few days later they called to schedule a time to fix it. The maintenance guy thought it might be on its last leg but was able to get it working. Of course it went out again a week later. I called in another ticket on ⁴⁄₁₃ and as of ⁴⁄₂₄ still no dishwasher and according to Real Property Management, no recourse… nice job…

Do not RENT with these people! Maybe they are only good for owners, not tenants! HORRIBLE company! I cannot wait until my lease is up, and I am out of here! I rented a condo from them almost a year ago, the agent did not bother to show up, just texted me the address! The owner was there, who barely spoke English. When it came time to move in, they made sure they paid, yet when I went to move in, the guy was still moving out that day, even though they assured me it was ready! Place was FILTHY! I had to hire a cleaning lady to then come in and clean. You think they would have given me some money off my rent, or paid for the cleaning lady or something for me. Nobody showed me around the complex, I had to find the dumpsters, pool, etc on my own. Never did get a mailbox key. When I called, they said they would check. They gave me an unmarked key to a complex that has hundreds of mailboxes… so took a couple weeks before I was able to get mail, since nobody knew what box the key went to.
There were lots of broken things, floor torn up etc, and I made sure and took lots of pictures and put in on my inspection documents, somehow none of those are in my file! It will be interesting when I go to move out, if they then try and pin «damages» on me, since there is nothing in my file, and I remember when I called and said hey this is broken, that is broken, she was just like «oh yeah, send me a picture» didn’t seem to care so much, but if you look on their contract, they consider even a scratch on the floor abnormal damage, not wear and tear.
The worst part is they make you pay online yet, you then have to pay a 3 $ service fee. You have to join some community association that «they have no control of» and charged me 225 $ for this which is non-​refundable?! So I got tired of paying 3 $ extra every time and mailed my payment in, well before the 5^th. Think there was a holiday or weekend involved and now I am tacked on a 159 $ late fee!
I called and told them the blinds were broken, and that every time I go to get mail, the mailbox door falls off its hinges. Totally annoying. They said they would «look into it!» It is really annoying that every time I check mail for almost a year now the door falls into my hands.
I will be paying my own money to buy new blinds and install them, and from the start the plumbing here did not work and i have had to plunge and snake out the plumbing on my own dime so many times.
I think this company is all about robbing people and if you read their response they always say well, «we have so many properties we manage» like that is an excuse. Look elsewhere for maybe a smaller company that cares. Misleading contracts. Poor business ethics.

I cannot believe how fast these people work. Julie Rodriguez & her assistant Eric Guzik were very helpful. I was in a unique position, still being under a lease with my management company & I explained everything to Julie and she still encouraged me to apply & said she’d even be able to hold the unit for a couple of weeks. My boyfriend and I applied and within 2 hours Eric emailed us the lease. I couldn’t believe it! So quick & efficient.
Eric is a doll, and put up with me being indecisive several times about the move in date. BIG THANKS FOR THAT! So as of tomorrow morning, I will be on my way to drop off my deposit check & God willing, be in my condo at the end of the month.

Not sure why Unilocal removed my review. It seems they remove only negative reviews but not the positive ones. Hmmmm… I thought they were suppose to be neutral to inform consumers of real customers’ experiences with business.
Basically, my experience with RPM is that they are non-​response and do not return emails or phone calls. I left many messages and emails to the leasing agent to schedule showings of advertised properties and never received a response. Too much hassle to deal with this company.

Wow I am very impressed at the turn around this Property Management company processed our application.
My family and I fell in love with a home they were leasing, applied/​paid their fee online, spoke to their agents the following day and VIOLA just like that… 2 days later we were approved and the lease was emailed. Julie Rodriguez and Noemy Arellano expedited the process fast and easy. Thank you so much!
Update: I made our first maintenance request this past week, and they were very quick to handle the problem. I called their maintenance line on a Thursday, and the repair was completed by Monday morning. The service tech was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Thanks again.

A large client of ours owns a rental property in Huntington Beach and needed someone to manage it for her and asked for our help. After having personally met both the owners or RPM Coast-​Kyle and Bryant-​we felt very confident about suggesting she hire them to manage their property. Our client was and is very happy with their services and in fact continues to tell us about how professional they are and how they have exceeded her expectations. Keep up the good work.

I needed to have my condo rented out and thought I could easily do it myself. I wrote an ad and posted it at work. I received a few inquiries. Being a busy professional I did not realize how much time and effort it took –from arranging a time to meet and then driving to the condo to show it to prospective tenants. All this effort and I still didn’t have any tenants. A friend suggested I look into a property management company. I searched the internet and decided to use RPM coast. I talked to _​_​_​Bryant_​_​_​and he explained in detail the service they would be providing and the cost. We scheduled a day to meet at the condo and he took pictures. He kept in constant communication through out the process and within 2 weeks they were able to find me a tenant. It was a pleasure to work with them. Chris was very professional and prompt in responding to my inquiries.

I know I have been really picky lately but this place helped me a lot and I would like to thank you guys for helping me by answering all my questions. ThAnk you so much for helping me out!!,!! I have been renting from you guys for a couple years now and love the great job

Kyle, the only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is the first tenant you found was a constant problem, late on payments and in the end walked out owing us both a considerable sum. Although I authorized a suit to be filed, I never got a dime. And it cost me a considerable sum to repair the property, far more than the deposit. But the next tenant paid on time and took outstanding care of the property. Thank you.

I have rented through this company multiple times and every time has been easy to work with, friendly staff, and just an overall good experience. Anytime there has been an issue, RPM has come out and taken care of it. Because of this I wouldnt go through any other company and I would definitely recommend RPM!

wow checked out their site and got an immediate call from Julie who really wanted to let me know that i need to SEE the apartments before applying. OH, just so you know i didn’t put in an application, just a request for information. I let her know I put down information for someone to contact me and she huffed and said that the app i’m using is wrong. APP? i’m using my computer and looking online. I explained i was on her website and that I just wanted contact with information regarding the property. She huffed again and just repeated herself.
She asked twice when my move in date was and then said WELL LIKE I ALREADY said, these are ready to move in now. Who else is moving in with you? You have to have a X amount per month between the two of you.
Not sure if she was trying to sell me or push me away. I think push me away. Well cool now i know to never rent from your management company.

Just saw that RPM did get back to me. I appreciate that and just want to make sure I update about it. I didn’t get back to Kyle. sorry I just checked my Unilocal messages now.
But I believe that it says a good thing about a company when the owner gets back to you. This means to me that they are checking and care about what people say about them. So thank you kyle! You might want to check your employee julie.

This management company has truly worked exceptionally to meet our needs.
Our beautiful home was in need of some adjustments. Real Property reached out to us in a timely manner and made sure to schedule a day to come out for repairs, without any scheduling hassles. They consistently keep in touch when
awaiting landlord approval for work.
Their repair man is a Godsend. He is professional, friendly, and has a solid work ethic. He makes sure that repairs are done right the first time so that no follow ups are needed. I also admire the fact that he is very detailistic and genuinely shows concern for his clients by asking questions and devoting sincere attention to all his tasks.
Renting can sometimes pose its challenges but Real Management Co. is working hard to ensure that its clients are satisfied and have a great experience.

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT… These folks ALTERED MY LEASE AFTER I SIGNED IT without my knowledge and it was very material clause in our lease. This is a HUGE «no-​no» so RENTER BEWARE about the details. some times what they don’t say can be very detrimental. They are very shady and have no respect or regard for any one but themselves.
Long story short. I found a great house, took me 2 weeks to get some one to call me back. The agent that shows the house knows NOTHING, they simply «open the doors for people». It took another few days to get the agent to call and then he was in too much of a rush and too bothered by my questions to answer them. 2 weeks later, I finally got partial responses to my questions which is because he knew nothing about the property, he didn’t even know there was pool in the community even though it was listed on the first page of the HOA regulations.
the day I picked up the keys I was given an altered copy of my lease and the Home Owner regulations that spoke a far different story than Chris had been selling me. I ended up never even moving in and then having to find another place to live in 2 days and now I am having to fight for my money back.
These people are BAD NEWS… you WILL regret it. I wish I could find the owners of this home just to tell them how much these «property managers» have hurt their interest.
***UPDATE, the courts agreed with me… I won a case against these shady people. The judge was even appalled at their behavior. TREAD LIGHTLY***

Sold us on the pool access and we have been here for 3 weeks and still do not have the pool key.
Chris in the main office is a strict 9 – 5 and is pretty useless if you need anything. They keys they originally gave us did not work.
The house is nice, that is not the problem. The realtor Julie was also nice, but the service from the management office has made life difficult.
I called the maintence line when the AC broke, and I talked to someone in Arkansas that had no idea and only knew that it was after 5pm her time.
