One Awesome Limo

After reading all the reviews I was a bit spectacle about my service that I had coming up. unfortunately I had already booked but I figured I was going to give it a shot anyway. it honestly ended up being the best service I’ve ever had. I got the 15 person hummer deal from Unilocal.The driver, moe was sharply dressed and on time. He worked with our group schedule the best he could. The only thing id complain about is thst there was no provided liquor in the limo, so we got our own. Honestly give these guys a shot.

Not good! I purchased a living social deal and when I called to make the reservation they charged me taxes, fuel charges, and gratuity for $ 98! Not what I was expecting. Then, when the driver arrive, he told me that he doesn’t receive any of that charge. I ended up tipping the driver, but I am furious with the company. Unexpected, expensive, and deceptive fees. Not happy!
On the bright side, the driver was indeed awesome. Super helpful, courteous, and kept us on track for our timing and route. The driver was awesome, the company is NOT.

Worst limo service ever!!! I first bought the living social deal in Nov. 2012 and made the reservation in advance for Feb. 2013. I called and made a reservation and had a question a few weeks later, so I called back and they state they never had a reservation for me, STRIKE 1! So I made another reservation for that date and time. They call me back a week later and say the time was actually unavailable, SRIKE #2!!! Now 5 days before my sons party they call me back and say, «We haven’t heard back from you»…“regarding”, «About the Hummer limo being recalled»…“WHHHHAAAAATTTT” 5 days before the party!!! STRIKE #3!!!
OMG you have to be kidding me. Plus they already charged me extra fees $ 100 gratuity and process fees ahead of time and redeemed my voucher without even using the service yet!!! I cannot believe the luck I have had with them :(

I bought the living social deal and it turned out to be not so great of a deal. We were picked up on time and the driver was awesome. BUT!!! I was called a week ahead of my event to charge a fee for tax and tip on my credit card, which the driver tells us he doesnt see any of! So we had to tip him more because thats NOT RIGHT! I have a signed receipt for $ 100 for the driver. Id love to get a refund for the portion that was suppose to be «the driver’s TIP» because I handed him cash and he signed a receipt for my taxes.

1 star if you want the cheapest deal and came on time.
–4 stars if you like a filthy smelly party bus with a cracked windshield. Owner could care less about ruining your big day.
We we’re supposed to get the escalade for a friend’s wedding, but at last minute, the owner let’s us know that their fleet of cars have been vandalized and recommended the party bus. The online photo was a sleek black bus while the one that picked us up was a hideous white bus that wasn’t even allowed to pull up in front of the classy Montage Hotel. To paint a picture of the inside, the A/​C wasn’t even on so it was muggy. It smelled like cigars and vomit mixed together. And basically, you’d want to take a chemical shower once you got off this thing.

My friend and I were looking for a great affordable LA party bus rental for our 21^st birthday and came across One Awesome Limo, which said they are the best limo service in the area. So we booked with them and the person helping us acted respectful and professional. We took the oc limo service took us and our friends to dinner in Newport Beach and then to Dave and Busters. But greatest part of the night was hanging out in the orange county limo with everyone dancing with the music and drinking at the same time! It was an unforgettable night!

Hmm… As company names go, I would say that this is false advertising!

We used AL for the transportation for our wedding… To take our bridal party to/​from the church & reception. Lame. So disappointed.
I gave them 2 stars, because as services go… They showed up on time +2, everything else…-3.
To sum up… The driver was rude and there was no air conditioning.
We got married mid-​August, AC is pretty freaking important… Especially with our bridal party all gussied up in tuxes, pressed dresses, hair/​makeup done etc… And then to have to drive 30minutes in a stuffy car… A hot, grouchy, hair/​makeup melting, wrinkly bridal party arrived at the church.
When we addressed this issue with the driver & requested they send us a different limo for our return trip, he was rude (almost got in a fight w our best man) and told us «it would be taken care of»…
Did it get taken care of… Nope
Same ride. Same stuffy limo, and again… And hot, grouchy, hair/​makeup melting, wrinkly bridal party arrived at the reception
Including me, the bride, wearing a 10lb dress… I was freaking miserable.
Worst part of our wedding & the driver acted like he could care less.
Again… The only «pro» to this company is that they showed up on time & didn’t crash the car or take us in the wrong place. Other then that… Lame.
Wouldn’t recommend… at least in the summer months?

2. the limo driver did not clean the used glasses after he dropped us off
when we got back in the limo it was dirty, ice melted and glasses were not cleaned
i called them to tell them my cncerns and they said they’d look into the over charging and won’t get back to me despite emails and phone calls they are avoiding me
BE CAREFUL using this company

We used 1 Awesome Limo for our senior prom party of 26 kids on Saturday, June 4, 2011. The boys had arranged for the limo service on their own (a bus) but after reading a bad review online, I wasn’t sure what the boys had gotten us in to and we had paid in advance, which made me nervous. I’m writing to say that the evening went flawlessly. The driver arrived early, the bus was actually — awesome. It was clean inside, newly upholstered, had an ipod hookup for music, water and soft drinks on ice and a fun colored lights that changed automatically. The kids were comfortable and there was plenty of room. They actually said that the limo bus was one of the highlights of the night.
The driver was cautious — asked us to provide a guest list and then checked it before he left the prom, only to find that they were in fact missing someone. I’m not sure other companies would have been so diligent.
The driver had a gps, so I was assured he wouldn’t get lost and a video camera so he could make sure that everything was ok in the back of the bus.
Net/​net, all went well and the KIDS LOVED IT.

Great service, beautiful party bus and overall great experience. i just wanted to highly recommend 1 Awesome Limo. The pricing is great and from start to finish I dealt with great people. They are on time, efficient and we were very pleased.

Went down to LA to kick it with some friends about a month ago and they hired these guys for a night out on the town. They saw the special offer on Unilocal and we was like «hell yeah» so they took advantage of it. The driver was a really nice dude and he let us have a great time when he was driving us around town. Sometimes these drivers can be rude and ruin your night. Not this guy. He was top notch.
Most defiantly a good company to choose when looking for a great night out. Without these guys, it would have been a hella lame night.
Whoever owns this company knows how to get it right. I would recommended it to anyone.
