I’m a moron when it comes to IT issues. Long story short, for the first time of my eight years in business, I needed professionals to help when adding in a new workstation at my office and switching around some backup type issues.

An IT Manager’s worst nightmare came to life one day when our In-​House Business Server crashed taking with it the entire Network & all of the shared files with it and of course during a busy production time of the day! Troubleshooting vigorously attempting to isolate the issue only seemed to make matters worse while a Team of employees remained static and unable to work losing hundreds of dollars by the hour. Enter in OC Tech Dr of Orange to save the day. After briefing Mike & his savvy Team, Mike made some adjustments to his schedule to make an emergency on-​site visit to repair the damage. Little did I know that OC Tech Dr & his Team would become a dedicated Service Provider after his first visit. He of course resolved our immediate issues to get us back into Production mode & stable but Mike was also able to identify some key configuration elements along with some Security «opportunities» we had that needed addressing. What can I say about OC Tech Dr, Mike and his knowledgeable Staff? Professional always, integrity, cost effective service & solutions provider worth every penny. Trustworthy with secure & financial data and VERY pleasant to deal with. Did I mention «worth every penny?» Mike, we can’t thank you enough!

The scariest part of having your backup hard drive crash, is picking up the phone to call the computer guys and admit that you let it happen. Mike was all about finding a solution to the problem, and offering me options to prevent this from happening in the future. Mike used his great network of people to put me in touch with professionals to work on the problem, keeping in touch with me through the whole process. I have since used Mike for work on laptop issues, home networking solutions and have happily referred him to anyone with computer issues. Thank you!

These guys are the real deal! They showed up, told us what was going on with our computers and gave us a bid to fix it, which was totally reasonable! They showed up the next day and fixed the problem and then fixed a few more things remotely! Great service and reasonable fees. I’d recommend them to anyone! A must have on speed-​dial for any business!

Very professional and helpful. Mike and his team worked on a few projects within our clinic and they were able to do things (i.e. set up Macs to print, change server settings, etc) that other «IT guys» said were «impossible» with the time of computers and printers we had. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was having issues with my very slow computer and needed someone to speed it up. I called Mike and he came to my office (which was extremely convenient) and he assisted me in getting my computer working efficiently. He then installed a software on my computer that makes sure all my files are backed up each night. This to me is a great peace-​of-​mind knowing that if something happens to my computer, I still can access important files. This also saves me from relying on myself to take the time to routinely download to an external. Which just doesn’t happen. Bottom line, my computer is faster than ever, my important files are backed up daily and it was all done without me missing a beat at work.
