I went in this store yesterday to get something for my wife, The employees were really helpful and accommodating. Great customer service!

Love the clothing here and it is the cutest place. If I were rating just off of that, it would be a ⁴⁄₅ (since often some of the items are pricier than they should be and their sales section is a little messy compared to the rest).
But I’ve been in this store a couple times and never walk out feeling good. There is this air I get from the employees here. Of course not everyone is the same, I’m sure they aren’t all robots but they walk around looking at most people like robbers or as if they shouldn’t be in the store. I saw a couple employees look my mother up and down just because she was wearing sweats and a vest (as she usually does, she never likes to shop, she was only there helping me pick out something).
Checking out was an awkward experience. They were quiet and just had this bad feeling, like they hated their job, what I bought, or me.
Generally, I would return because of the clothing and the chance to try it on before purchasing, but never would I return to support the girls there or see them again. They’re just too snobby.

Just heard the story about a woman losing her wedding ring and the management wouldn’t let her back in to get it. Not cool

I love this store! Has become my favorite store for clothes now. They have the cutest cocktail dresses ever! Read some bad reviews about customer service, I haven’t had any problems. The H. B store has the best selection to me compared to the other No Rest For Bridget stores!

I haven’t been in here for quite some time. I just don’t shop at little boutiques anymore since I’m currently not a small girl nor do I have the large clothing budget it often takes to shop at these stores. I have been on the hunt for a large statement necklace for over a month now. I’m going to a wedding in a few weeks and my dress is a tight fitting black simple dress. I have searched Macy’s, and lots of high end retailers. All I’ve seen are very expensive and not very nice pieces for the cost. While other stores have a great return policy, I found the large affordable necklace here right away! They do lack in greeting you when you walk in, and they don’t pay attention to you, as she asked if I want my receipt but quickly robot like — shoved it in my bag. She said boxes cost an extra $ 1 for jewelry because I obviously wanted to protect my large piece, and that was fine, considering I already packed ALL my boxes and jewelry for moving. They need to change that policy, but I’m happy with my purchase.
I did notice after the fact– that, jewelry is final sale! She should have told me that, and not just red marked my receipt … So despite noticing a few small glue flaws in my otherwise beautiful necklace, I’m stuck with it… I love it and hope to use it many other times, just pray that the stones don’t come falling out! They did offer a variety of nice accessories and clothing sizes seemed to be larger than before. Hence the 4 stars.

You girls are awesome… always making me feel like a barbie and trying to get my outfit to work with the next cutest thing. Thank you for always being so helpful and intriguing me with new ideas

I come in here often and am always appalled with their customer service or lack there of. Tonight was interesting I couldn’t get a word in with the two gals working, couldn’t ask for a size, couldn’t ask for a dressing room BUT let me tell you what I know all about the Bella terra apartments being built how much they are and what friends they know moving in… This store sucks and I will never be back. A simple Hi or Bye would be nice! THIS STORE NEEDS HELP!

I come here a lot because it’s just walking distance from where I live. I love their merchandise but the customer service needs to improve. I noticed after a few days that I was over charged for one item and went back to get it fixed. The lady in front was sooo rude!!! She didn’t apologize or acknowledge me at all. She just gave me that blank stare like as if I was the one at fault for getting over charged. Wth! N oh yeah, I said yeah. It was partly my fault for not checking my receipt and (trusting) them to do their job correctly and she agreed with a «Oh yeah!». My sister who was with me also noticed her attitude but I kept my composure. Seriously, If this lady hates her job so much. Then don’t work there!!!

I would NEVER use this forum to file a complaint, but I am now! I purchased an item yesterday, came home and found spots on it so returned with my receipt. I NEVER wore nor WASHED the item. I was told they would NOT return it because it smelled like bleach! I NEVER washed this item so was basically called a LIAR! I would never lie about anything much less about a disposable piece of clothing! It is not the money, it is the principle! I recommend to all to BEWARE of the HORRIBLE customer service at the NO REST on 17^th Street in Newport Beach!

Cute, reasonable priced clothing. But the customer service SUCKS!!!
RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! No one greeted me, the 2 girls we just talking at the register, I had to ask for a dressing room. I did end up buying something, and when I signed the receipt I said thank you and the chick didn’t say a word. Seriously RUDE.
Ugh — I never write reviews but had to make sure I voiced what horrible service this place has. And after reading other reviews I think each and every NRFB stores get the same reviews that their staff in all stores are HORRIBLE!
Management needs to seriously give these girls some training on their horrible customer skills. These bad customer service reviews go years back. I’m surprised management/​owners haven’t realize what an issue this is. We are the paying customers and who keep your business running.

Okay I love this store. I buy a lot of clothes here and I’m always happy with my purchase. What has compelled me to write this review today and only give it 3 stars is the customer service I received today. The girls were nice as they normally are, but when I was checking out they started hanging up the jeans I had previously tried on but decided not to get. I know I’m not the typical so cal body type, I’m much curvier, at 5’6 and 160, but that gives the women working there NO reason to laugh at the size of the pants I was trying on. They held them
up and exclaimed, «Oh my God, WOW» at the size and proceeded to giggle. I was mortified. For a shop that doesn’t sell plus size – and even if they did – there shouldn’t be any judgement. when working in a boutique it should be about making the customer feel beautiful, no matter what shape they are. I felt like crying when I walked out of there, and I hope for the business’s sake that they don’t do that to the other women that shop there. I’m not bashing the store, I love the clothes and will continue to shop there. I just really had my feelings hurt.

Horrible customer service. I purchased multiple items in two separate transactions– some for myself, some for my friend that I requested to be gift wrapped with a gift receipt. The next day I noticed the sweater I got for myself was unraveling in the back and wanted a refund. Upon putting together my receipt for return, I found that the associate put MY itemized receipt in the gift bag for my friend and handed me the gift receipt!!! When I went to return the faulty sweater, I explained why I don’t have the receipt from my personal transaction they told me there was «nothing they can do». So much for their flexible return policy. Guess they do love their customers as much as they say they do.
Summary: poor quality clothing, mindless employees and poor customer management.

I am so in love with the clothes in this store. I would wear almost anything in this store, and in very color they have. The merchandise is absolutely wonderful. They have kitschy books all around the store, so it’s more of a boutique. They also have accessories and Butter London nail polish.
The issues I have with NRFB are the prices and the service. Their merchandise is ridiculously pricey, and most of the time I can’t bring myself to buy anything from here.
My biggest issue with this place is the service I’ve received every single time I’ve come in. The employees are twenty-​something girls who are obviously too busy carrying out more important conversations with their coworkers and friends that came in to be bothered to help a customer who hasn’t been graced with their favor.
It usually takes me 5 minutes of awkwardly standing in front of the register to get the attention of whoever is standing behind the counter, even after I’ve made eye contact and said «excuse me.» Don’t even get me started on how ridiculous it is to get a changing room.

Love there clothes, Very reasonable… only thing that stops me from shopping is there customer service.

I am a big fan of NRFB. If I have a special event or am looking for new jewlery, I will usually check here before going across the street to Nordstrom Rack. It has the boutique feel whereas Nordstrom Rack can be a clothes barn sometimes.
The scarves and hats are great. There is a small sale section in the back on the left. The service here is not great but because of their location in Bella Terra they are always busy so it is not the same as going into an empty place like Elison Rd in Seal Beach which is usually empty and then being totally ignored– I see the girls here are usually busy.
I have had a zipper malfunction and was able to return the next day without issue. Overall, I am a fan. Great for casual airport outfits too!

After shopping at ANGL, this place is AMAZING. The racks are color coordinated so that’s always nice. The staff there is much better and nicer than ANGL. The clothes and accessories are really cute and not too expensive. It’s more expensive than f21 though. Just think boutique prices. Their sale section is pretty decent. I once got this gorg dress for $ 10 so don’t rule it out.

This is my second review for NRFB. It’s rather unreasonable for me to get upset over expecting any kind of decent service when I already know that it’s certainly not going to happen there. I work in the hospitality industry so I know that there’s a big difference between service and hospitality and I’m here to tell you that you’re not going to get any of that from NRFB. Why do I continue to go back? Because the prices and the clothes are worth it.
My purpose for coming was to find a dress for a company party tomorrow night. I walked in and did a full circle around the place and never once got greeted. I found one dress that I was somewhat interested in and walked towards the two girls that were checking out one woman. I stood there waiting to get their attention and waited for their conversation to finish and one sales girl looked at me and said «are you ready to try that on?». I replied with «I’m actually looking for a black cocktail dress. Do you have anything that’s like this [the one I’m holding]» and she replies with «all the dresses that we had on sale are all out on the floor, We ran out after New Years but whatever we have will be found in the front of the house». OK, I don’t care about what dresses were on sale. I needed her to show me what dresses they had because I came in here to shop with a purpose. I don’t mind spending the whole $ 50 for a dress; I just needed one. Get out of the comfortable spot and show me. I said «I just need a cocktail dress» and the other sales girl was kind enough to show me their small selection of dresses. I picked two and walked into a dressing room.
Don’t even think about asking a sales girl to get another dress your size or wait for one to check in on you because it’s not going to happen. Get dressed and then go get it yourself if you’re on a time constraint.
On a lighter note, the clothes are absolutely beautiful. You’re not going to find this style at Forever 21 but the prices are much similar. If you’re the owner of this store, I understand that you need employees to keep this establishment but take the extra time to find people that actually work.

I’m not too familiar with the area, so I certainly wasn’t expecting to stumble across this little boutique in the middle of a big strip mall with lots of big chain businesses. I was really excited when I stepped inside not only because of the cute, colorful clothing on the racks but also the presence of lots of different Voluspa candles, which are some of my faves. I thought it was such a cute touch that they matched the different scents with clothes and accessories in coordinating colors. The visual person for this business is very talented!
The clothing is an interesting mix because they have really affordable items mixed in with higher end stuff. Their target is very much a hip, fashionable girl hanging out by the beach. Loved a lot of stuff here, and would definitely have spent more if I had more time to try stuff on! I was in a bit of a rush so I just left with a simple tank top, but I do love it :) While the variety in range is cool, it’s also a bit confusing as I would see a dress for like $ 30 and then pick something else up and be surprised by the much higher price tag. I also found the accessories a bit low quality — I didn’t feel comfortable buying any of the gold toned stuff because I was sure it would probably get tarnished like Forever 21 jewelry always does :(
As for the service, I saw some grumblings in other reviews, and I have to say at first I felt the same — not really greeted, and no one asked me for help. But when I checked out I spoke to a really sweet girl so I’d say it’s about 3 stars when it comes to customer service.
Overall, I was really charmed by this boutique and wish there was one in Santa Monica where I live!
