History

Established in 1989.

I am a leading consumer arbitrator and mediator that has heard and reviewed hundreds of ‘Lemon Law’ claims under the California ‘Lemon Aid’ dispute resolution program. Author of the book: «Consumers Guide To The California Lemon Law» (1990) I am a member of the American Arbitration Association and appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators in 1989. I am also a member of the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators.

I attended the Institute of Conflict Management to obtain my advanced mediation skills which I also use to resolve small claims cases in Orange County Superior Court under the California DARPA program. I wrote the first consumer «Lemon Law» book in California while hearing consumer «Lemon Law» cases for the Better Business Bureau and was invited to join the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators.
