I used to go to the fairview location whenever I am not working and I noticed that it doesnt taste quite as good as when I get it from Irvine where I work so I decided to find a different location. Its now been my third time to this location and I am always satisfied with the taste of my smoothies or bowls. I was always served by an asian guy that works by himself and he is very friendly and fast. I also want to thank him for offering me a rewards card, none of the other employees from the other two branches did and I had no idea lol.

No matter what Juice it up I go to, it’s always the same — I love that! The place is always clean and they are always friendly — one of my favourite places Thanks

The stars would be greater if this location was better managed. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The issue is understaffing. I have been here a few times and each time there was only 1 person working their heart out. I am actually currently sitting waiting for my juice… zzzz zzzz zzz… Just want to note, this is not a problem with the staff, it is understaffed.

Judy and crew at this place have been serving up delicious smoothies to not only my family, but most if not at some point all the high school students from Edison High School. They are quick and friendly and have been a solid go-to when your looking for something thing less than a meal and more than a soda!

I have loved the rainbow crush smoothie since I was younger! The staff has been the same all these years, and they always are so kind! The Congo lime is also a great choice as well; you really can’t go wrong with anything here.

This is the BEST Juice It Up! I think it’s family owned because the same ladies have been working here for at least 10 years! I have NEVER left with a bad smoothie. We always get boosts like protein and vita boost and at some locations, you can taste the«powder», but not here! We always get the Strawberry Delight. Partly because its one of the lightest and low-cal smoothies on the menu, but because it is theist delicious! Nom nom nom

This Juice It Up is the best! They will make you some really good custom drinks if you just ask. Really clean environment and friendly, helpful staff. You can see all the ingredients going into your drinks so you know exactly what you are getting. To top it off, this location has yogurt machines with all the toppings and fixings! This place opens early and it’s great for drinks to bring to the beach down the street. :D

I’ve come here on and off for the past 15 years and I don’t believe I will be returning. My mom purchased one of those deal of the day things. In tiny print it says you can’t use it on their bowls, Brazilian blends, and their fancy smoothies. Ok. But nowhere on there does it say you can’t use it on frozen yogurt, cookies, nutrition bars, Pirates Booty, etc. The owner refused to let me use the deal for anything except the basic smoothies. I was able to get 2 and then had to forfeit $ 3 of my deal because I wasn’t going to give her any money. I was not pleased. Nowhere on the deal does it mention that. She refused to budge. No worries, I won’t ever be returning and I’ll make sure I tell my friends and family about my experience as well.

Great drinks and they just added frozen yogurt too. Rarely a line just wish more things were fresh juiced… they got rid of their orange juicer, and carrot juicer :(

First off, if a smoothie lists peanuts as an ingredient don’t you think there should be peanuts??? My boyfriend and I have been to almost every Juice It Up in OC and we get the same drinks every time. His is the Zone which specifically calls for peanut butter AND peanuts, this Juice It Up is the only one that does not use peanuts and the lady who I think is the owner told us they don’t use peanuts even though it lists them as an ingredient. I always get the Protein Blast with strawberries only. The other guy that was working there started making mine and put blueberries in it. The owner started yelling at him saying«strawberries only» and he just looked at me like I was supposed to say«oh, it’s ok mess up my drink, i don’t mind» before he started to remake mine. I wish I could give this place zero stars because it was that bad!

I give Juice It Up 4 stars because i honestly feel they resemble equal quality to their competitor Jamba Juice but with better prices. I’ve been comming here for years to purchase fruit smoothies and though they may not always seem to be customer friendly I have come to rely on the consistancy of the employees who work there. I’ve seen the same employees working there for as long as i’ve been returning to this company which to me is a pleasant surprise because it shows that the employees do work hard, hard enough to keep their jobs and keep making those delicious smoothies for their customers! My favorite is the Congo Lime fruit smoothie! soooo good! Thnx Juice It Up, and keep it up!

The acai bowl here is the best I’ve ever had so far. Same goes with the smoothie. The taste is real and not powdery. The consistency is perfect and not watery. You get this flax granola as well as sliced bananas. What a wonderful way to boost your energy and also gain a few calories. The acai smoothie is also well balanced and not too sweet like the ones you get at Robeks.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve received in recent memory. Not only do they not smile at all, but they wouldn’t honor a coupon I had because I didn’t fill my SELF-SERVE yogurt up enough. I told the manager I didn’t want that much, and he told me I could«throw the rest out for all he cared». Congratulations to him — me telling everyone I know about this likely cost him more business than the extra dollar worth of yogurt he wanted me to fill up with. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.
