CFS opened in 1993 in Huntington Beach under Ken Gabrielson, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Reylson Gracie, and full instructor JKD (Jeet Kun Do) under Danny Asano and Paul Vunak.
Fred Godshall, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) brown belt under Kenny Gabrielson, is carrying on the tradition of BJJ in this new location.
