Bad experience at this almost-​extinct establishment.
My wife and I made a few stops: Burlington Coat Factory, Bed and bath… and T-​Mobile. Before going home, my wife suggested Barns and Nobels…
From the moment we walked in the store.
I had some dude in a 10 $ suit (loss & Prevention) followed me around the store along with other store staff. I don’t blame the low information employees for their insensitive behavior. The employees are just following their superiors instructions.
So shame on top management. Please attend some workshops, on how to work in a cross-​cultural inviroment. Some sensitivity training classes couldn’t hurt.
I bought Dune by Frank H. And my wife got some romance books.
