I come here every time I get a hankering for a salad. The fixings are fresh and the salads and soups are consistently good. I took away a couple stars because it’s a bit pricey and I’m not a fan of the employees. They rush you and if your not ready they stand there and stare/glare at you. God forbid you should want to look at the menu for a minute.

The guy who I assume is the owner is so pressuring! I was looking at the menu and he KEPT asking me what would you like, what would you like. I said give me a minute. and then he asked me again and told me to tell her girl employee what I want. They weren’t busy so I don’t know what the rush was about. And the girl employee clearly did not want to work and she was clearly annoyed with her boss continuously nagging at her and watching her every move. LOL. And they won’t even ask you if you want butter so you have to ask for it youself. And they keep the spoons and everything behind the counter. Also, he didn’t even fill my soup up! I paid extra for the bigger size but he barely filled it to the top :(… I think the owner is such a cheapie hahaha just go to willow grove one

Not a fan of this location. They seem to give smaller portions and you have to ask for butter. The staff is nice its not like there rude. Every other salad works i go to they give bigger portions and you don’t have to ask for butter. I try to avoid this location as much as possible.

I hate to write this review.(I’ve been here more than 15 times.) In fact I’ve given this location the last three tries to prove to me that what had happened each time was just a simple mistake or possibly a fluke. The first incident: –Ordered a Tivoli Salad The woman in the front grabbed a pre-made salad with all its«Tivoli» ingredients in it from the fridge… I told her that I didn’t want that salad. I wanted a fresh salad. She looked at me and said it was the same thing… Hmmm… 2nd: I wanted to boycott them but decided to just go back out of convenience…(this was about 2 months later) ordered Tivoli again and noticed that the portions were MUCH Smaller then they’re usual small portions. 3rd and last… Portions are MUCH smaller than other Saladworks locations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey… lol. The locations in the Willow Grove Mall and one in the NE off of Welsh and Blvd. have portions that are twice as large. I guess they have to be consistent in some area.lol. Good-Bye and Good luck

When I was famished for the entire day, this salad fast food restaurant worked for me. I ordered the combo — half salad and half soup and bought a sandwich. It’s easy to order because the salad variety is displayed at the counter, you just have to name what you like.

Friendly, very fast, clean and super flexible about how you can combine ingredients for salad selections. Napkins are handed out by server instead of being available as needed but that’s a minor finding. This is a great choice if you’re in a hurry for a healthy and tasty meal. People behind the counter are always patient no matter how long I take to decide. I hope to go more often and I appreciate the location so close to home.
