Sandra & Ken Ziehm, Owners of Harmony Real Estate have been selling homes in the Nashua/​Hudson area since 1972. Counseling is the most valuable service we offer. Our original location was a «handy-​man special» located downtown Nashua, NH. They exchanged the property in 2001 for Lowell Rd/​Winnhaven Dr in Hudson, NH which was another «handy-​man special». Our success is proof that the American free enterprise system works. Sandra recognizes that being able to best represent your clients can only be achieved by a continuing commitment to education and knowledge. A wife since 1966 and mother of 5, she knows and appreciates how important where you live can be in relationship to the quality of life enjoyed by the ones you love. Sandra takes great pride in her profession and pleasure in providing customer service. Her commitment to her service on all of the voluntary and elected organizations that she serves are her way of giving back to the city, state and nation that she loves. She has served on the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, NH Board of REALTORS®, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Nashua Federated Republican Women’s Club, New Hampshire Republican Executive Committee, the NH Housing Authority, Vesta Roy and the Salvation Army Board of directors. Sandra currently serves on the Nashua Board of Education and Hillsborough County Commission.
