I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and my entire visit lasted no more an hour. The receptionists and nurses were fine, they were clear on explaining everything to me. Dr. Pie-Boon is the absolute best. She is so friendly and has a calming presence. Going to the GYN isn’t the most fun experience, but Dr. Pie-Boon made it easier. She explained every step of the examination as well as listened to my concerns for my health and created a plan for next steps. I didn’t feel rushed at all, but I didn’t feel like the appointment dragged on since I really didn’t wait that long. Overall it was a good expereince and I intend to have Dr. Pie-Boon as my primary ob-gyn.

Just wasn’t a good experience overall. It was hit or miss with the employees as far as who was cool and who was not. In the end, none of the delivery doctors I saw delivered my daughter. All I got from my last visit was a bib with the doctors name on it and a letter saying sorry he wasn’t around to deliver my baby. I guess I wanted to have more of a trust worthy, dependable relationship with my OB/GYN doctors and I didn’t get that here. Overall I just stayed with them because it was too late to change clinics and we were already familiar with it. I have to say though… The two PA’s that I have dealt with there Toni and Brittany were very nice.

I’ve been coming here for about five years now. I have to say I really like my doctor and I really like some of the nurses, but there are a few that are totally incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Every single time I come here, I get asked three questions before the nurse even looks at my face. #1 Are you on birth control? #2 Are you sexually active? #3 Are you using condoms? As a lesbian, I’m really pissed off by these questions. It is written in my chart in big bold letters that I am gay. The job of the first nurse is to look in my folder, ask me some questions, take my blood pressure and take my weight. After telling the nurse that I was gay, she proceeded to question me to make sure she understood what I meant. After explaining to her that I was gay, she proceeded to read my chart and say«oh look, it is right here. Whoops, I should have read that before I asked you.» Again, I’ve been going to this place for about five years and I’ve been asked those questions each time I’m there. Besides for that whole awkward ordeal, I really like my doctor, I really like the woman who does the sonograms and I really like the people sitting at the desk taking my money. The waiting room is full of magazines and has a TV and I typically don’t have to wait long to get in and get out.
