This company use to manage my building and I’ve had horrible experience as a tenant. Kenneth does not know the by laws and will implement fines on your maintenance bill whenever he feels like it. He will demand to see your apartment for minor complaints. Legally, he needs paper work for things like this. And the stupidest thing he’s said to me is that I better have carpet under my bed. WHO THE HELL WALKS UNDER THE BED?!? LOL

They were really a pleasure to deal with. Now that I live in NJ in a different apartment I realize how good they really were. I’m sure rentals are a pain, but seems like I never get change now unless I ask the super and follow him around until he finishes it or threaten to withhold rent. Never had to play any of these games with Delkap.
