Visible Changes

Stephanie is the only colorist there but I count my lucky stars I found her.
I’ve been going to this Visible Changes for years since it’s near my house.
I’ve seen stylists come and go. I hate that it has become a shadow of what
it used to be but I will keep going as long as Stephanie is still there.

Getting his haircut here since he was one… now 13 years later! It’s just a habit coming here, but having the same person cutting your hair is great perk. Ladies are nice and friendly all the time.

Great salon! Place always looks good because of the trainees/​shampoo assistants. All of the stylists and colorists are very nice. Bobbie, Tina and Hope are awesome.

If you’re considering visiting visible changes; DON’T. Save your money, and your time Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
I came here because it was conveniently close, and figured it be okay to try somewhere new, I mean, they’re professionals right? WRONG.
I went in for a hair cut, and it certainly didn’t look any different. I told Tina exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for and I ended up looking like an ugly, old, abandoned mop. I didn’t say anything because when I tried pointing it out I was reminded of the amount of experience she had, and she just kept pointing to the mirror. I paid and left.
I later realized that my top layer was longer then my bottom layer. My hair cut was a complete mess. I went to a small salon off 34^th and paid 15 dollars to get it fixed. And let me tell you, it was A LOT better customer service and experience there. At a way cheaper price.
Tina previously did my hair for prom, too. And God, I am not showing anyone my prom pictures. My hair was a complete mess and she didn’t even listen to what I wanted! It was so ugly. I showed her pictures and when she started going off track (sound familiar?) I pointed it out, and again she just told me to trust her. My hair was horrendous, I was so embarrassed to be at prom looking the way I did. It started falling out within 3 hours that I got it done, too.
Every time the topic of hair comes up, I always tell anyone to avoid this visible changes, and any of them at all. The receptionist was rude, stylists are rude and I am never coming back.

Love love love these people! Don’t misunderstand, I love my colorist Irene!!! She is foolproof when it comes to hair. She NEVER fails me! I’ve always had compliment after compliment from complete strangers. Reds, highlights, lowlight, combos, dark, light and complete changes! She is the woman for the job! And to make the transformation complete BOBBIE! She makes my cut and style fabulous it’s a work of art! There’s nothing like getting your hair done. I def walk out feeling like a million dollars with out spending it!
