I ordered their banh mi(combination) and taro smoothie. The bread and meat were fresh, great sandwich with carrots and cucumber and pepper. The bread was spread with butter between all the meats and vegetables. And the taro was delightful and tastes wonderful.

The customer service is horrible but the food is good. I called to order my food and they hung up on me after asking for my order while I was still talking and didn’t even give me a call back or remember who I was when I called them back.

Sandwhiches were good. That’s all I ordered but the customer service was what really stood out to me. I didn’t notice the sign that said they were closing early that day, and my boyfriend and I came in right at the time they said they had to close. The employees there still took our oder and didn’t rush us. They were not rude at all, and they could have easily told us they were closing. It wasn’t until after we were done that we realized the sign on the door, and we felt bad because we had sat down to eat and we weren’t rushed.

I’ve been there a couple times and although the food is okay, but I noticed the staff gives better customer service depending on race. Now keep in mind I’m a college degreed, professional who dresses well for the most part. I noticed the staff is always nicer and smiles with Asian customers but not as nice and often gives slower service to other customers. I’ve even seen them smile and then frown at the next customer as well as serve asian people first regardless of order number. The food is okay, but the owners need work.

Love their grilled pork sandwich. Good price. Tried the meatball sandwich once and didnt like it. Used to love their fried banana things too but then they started being stale every time i got them. Hope they start keeping them fresh.

I failed to correctly follow directions to Hoang My and ended up here. Perhaps it was destiny. This place was exactly what I needed on a crummy exhausting trip for work. Excellent selection of bubble tea, legit banh mi, and fresh banh baos. The roast chicken banh mi is outrageously juicy and tender. Meat so moist I did not even need to chew. They have all the other standards as well but their roasted meats are the most outstanding. Clean and friendly as well. Literally less than half the cost of what I pay back home too. My next trip I tried Hoang My as it had far better reviews, but I beseech you! If you want banh mi this is the place. Leave hoang my for the sit down entre stuff.

The sandwiches and the drinks are just meh. That’s a problem considering you could get a better sandwich at HK Food Market or Hoang My across the street. Also, I’ve only ever seen one guy make everything so the service can be slow. He’s really nice though!

Just got two Bahn mi today and they were both horrible and cold! The veggies on it were soggy and flavorless! Will never go to this place again worst ever!

Unsure why, but the«butter» was watery. No thanks, never again. I was also disappointed with the texture of the meat. It was very rubbery instead of tender. It’s just was a very sloppy sandwich and not what I expected.

The sandwich here are tasty but most of the drinks they make has some weird taste to it. One time I’ve ordered a Jasmine milk tea with tapioca. It tasted straight up as if they put a bit of jasmine tea, a lot of white milk, and sugar! Your order on 1 sandwich takes a while.(3 stars) 9÷11÷2014: this place has improved a little more. Worth a try if you’re curious.(4 stars)

This place just opened up and still has a few kinks to work out. They were fairly busy for being new, probably because of a promotion they were doing for the month which is buy 2 and get 1 free on most everything. They have a large selection of Vietnamese sandwiches and a small smoothie and slush selection. I had a combination sandwich and a strawberry/banana smoothie. Both were just ok. The bread of the sandwich was good and the slightly pickled veggies were good too but the problem is that the meat was sparse… very sparse. If you go across the street to the Hong Kong market, for the same price you get a load of meat! I think the restaurant across the street too, Hoang My, has better sandwiches too. The sandwich was also cold which is fine but everything was cold, the bread and meat. All in all it was just plain and average. I had to doctor it up with sriracha and nuke in the microwave. The smoothie was similarly blah. Just no flavor! I think the place has potential so I will still try them again once they work out the kinks.
