Great place to bowl, shoot pool, and play ping pong. They also have a very small arcade (like 10 games). Prices are great AND you don’t have to be a student! It is small compared to like a Dave and Busters but due to its size, it’s better managed meaning it is clean and neat! They also sell snacks and drinks (again at a very reasonable price) and they even have a good selection of bottled beers! I kinda don’t even want to post this review because I’m worried this place will become popular and too crowded but I was feeling pretty nice and this place does deserve a good review. If you feel like stopping by, I suggest the weekend because there tends to be free parking in the parking lot next to the student center.

I used to practically live here back when I was in school. Now it has completely changed since they renovated in 2014. With a new added movie theater and a change of food places, the whole look and feel of the UC has completely upgraded.

The UH game room has a lot to offer, pool, ping pong, bowling, arcade games and even cold beer!
The prices are reasonable and everyone is friendly. If you are looking for a place to lose a couple of mindless hours on campus in, this is the spot.
The rating would be 5 star, but they were out of my beer brand today!

Before I went off to college I used to think it was so cool because I would get to hang out with the college kids while in HS, playing pool, bowling, table tennis, video games, or just plain hanging out. Then I went off to college and got to experience the UNION in Austin and was like YEAH! But now that I’m back in town and still know some people who attend UH I enjoy going back to the UC for cheap games!

After being at UH for 3 years I finally found the UC GAME Room! Who knew this place was so big! I see where my tuition money is actually going. I love they black light décor as it gives the game room a retro feel. I love the fact that the game room has late night bowling on the weekends for those who want to have fun but not leave the campus, and they have BEER (ice cold). It’s great to go here and play billiards in between classes. Gotta love UH!

This place is the best place to be if you’re on-​campus. There’s beer, bowling, video games, and billiards. It’s great if you’re with a few friends, or if you just want some place to relax.

damn the nostagia of the gameroom, in the uc!
bowling for 2 dollars a game, holy crap loads! you will never find more fun in a dilapidated old building within a commuter university than here!
so come all uh residents and please bowl a couple for ish!
