‼STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE‼
I got into a collision and I was take here to drop my car off. So they said they’ll offer me a rental. When I got into it smelt really bad like is was never cleaned. It had bad tires, the tire pressure light was on, it had a check engine light on too, and plus the doors don’t lock either.
They lack communication skills: when I was given the crappy after a few days, I noticed that they didn’t give me a receipt or some agreement saying Im driving there rental car. They didn’t give it to me until I had to go there and ask for it myself. And they never gave me updates on what they’ve been doing on my despite the number of time I went to there shop to complain about the rental car I was driving.
They are disrespectful: So it just got to a point where I couldn’t trust the workers anymore with fixing my car. I decided to take my car some place else where I can fix it with no problems. And then I when I decide I’m going to pay for my car rental MRS. MONICA show a bad attitude. And then right when I’m about to leave this guy named Ron tells me «IM MAKING A BIG MISTAKE».
The experience is terrible

Horrible, horrible place. I should have written this review a long time ago. I brought my car there to diagnose a problem. «Ron», said the diagnoses would be free if I got it fixed there, so I decided to do it. When it came time for payment, they still charged me for it. So I tried talking to him about how he made this claim but yet I’m still charged for it. I literally spent about 15 minutes arguing with him about it. I don’t know if he was playing dumb on purpose or if he just really is, but it was just not registering with him.
This was aside from the fact that I had to bring it in twice to fix the problem, and both times, they did not contact me when it was finished. I had to call them to check on it. And who knows if they even did anything to it the whole time it was in there!
I get my car back after the 2^nd time taking it in, and it’s still not fixed. I tried talking to the rude mechanic that was working on it and he was no help at all. They couldn’t even properly explain what was wrong and what they did to «fix it», which they did not even fix the problem after paying over $ 350. I don’t understand how people like this stay in business, because they should not.

Ron is the best. He works to save you money but still gives you a quality repair every time. His TV Room (waiting room) seems to have a broken air conditioner, someone stole the TV remote, and the TV seems to get only Jesus freak and Spanish channels anyway, or I would give him five stars, but you can walk across the street to the middle eastern buffet to escape that particular hell, and you will be happy with your repair job every time.

Before this morning, I was on the fence about this place, but after the service or LACK of that I received this morning, I’m over it!
I arrived this morning to drop off my car and take the free loaner that was promised to me due to the trouble that was caused to me after trying to get ahold of them last time after 5 phone calls. Not only did they give me the nastiest loaner car known to man, it wasn’t driveable! The tent over the entire back window was bubbled up, and impossible to see out of. To add insult to injury, the car had caked on filth inside and clearly hadn’t been detailed in years. It also smelled like a chain smoker had a field day inside.
After I brought this to Ron’s attention, he offered to drop me off at work, but seeing as this is a 6 hour service, and I’m in sales and need transportation during the day to work, that was an obvious no. No one apologized for the condition of the car, and no one owned up to basically mixing me up with another client. Please save your time, and money and go elsewhere.
It’s just not worth it.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I got into a collision and was told that I could get $ 250 off my deductible if I went there. So I did. Now I know why. So many things went wrong.
1. They got white paint on the ceiling of my car. When I spotted it before I left, the lady told me it was bird poop. So the next day I went to get my car washed and to my surprise, the white stuff did not come off. I had to go back up there for them to fix that.
2. When I did an inspection of my car when they were done, they had stuff all over the place in my car. There were some random screws in the back seat. Some things from my truck was in the back seat. The jack for my car was just thrown in the back and not put back preoperly under the wheel. The lining in the truck was busting out the seams. A bolt from my wheel lock was out the box in the middle console. JUST HORRIBLE!!!
When I spotted all these things wrong, I had to wait about 1 hour for them to fix everything. VERY ANNOYING!!! I’m not saying they should have detailed my car, but at least put things how you found them. ANYWAY, I HAD TO GO BACK TWICE, before everything was decent and running properly. They did give me a discount, but I would pay the regular rate if you just do it right. It ended up being you get what you pay for situation.

BTW all the Postive Posts here have been put by the owner themselves. Don’t buy into their wrong ways of doing things.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I called about to see how much to get my rear Brake Pads done. Owner David gives me the price of $ 85 parts & labor for a Brake Job on Sat, and asks me to bring in my car Monday Morning. I bring my my car and I bring my OWN Parts! My Bill comes up to $ 120! WTF!?? After Speaking to David & Ron, they say oh IT is What it IT, and «Don’t WASTE MY TIME»? Are you Serious? After screwing me around for they are Nickle and Diming me for Labor and Machining Rotors? Are you seriours??? THey give JEWISH PEOPLE A BAD NAME! I will not be going back to them. David is a Crook and So is RON.
I feel sorry for people working under them, because they probably get treated like shit also. BIG TIME LIAR AND CROOKS, DON“T GO THERE!!! I WARNED YOU!

Ron is fab-​tastic! He always takes such great care of me and I enjoy chatting with him while I wait for my car.
I’ve brought my car in for various issues (some real issues and some… well, I am not a car person soooo, you get the pic) and Ron always goes above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. One time I bought a part for my car (thinking I would save some $$) and then he asked about the warranty of my car… oops forgot about that lil benefit, so long story short… he did the research, made the calls and found out it was covered — — set everything up and even called in a favor to ensure I could return the original part with no issues — — uhm, yes please!
My grandfather and other family members take their cars to Toyotec, we all trust them. Good people… which is hard to find in the auto repair world.
I am honestly not 100% sure how the prices compare, but as a female I’ve never felt taken advantage of when it comes to prices at Toyotec. They do good work in a timely manner and treat me with respect.

I’ve been using this shop for the past three years and never had a problem.
This year, the place has gone downhill big time. THREE DAYS FOR A SIMPLE BREAK CHANGE! Kept getting excuses; would try to dodge my calls – «the mechanic that was suppose to do your breaks didn’t show up today».
AVOID THIS PLACE!

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience here. I came in to fix a broken window and a bent frame (thank you petty thieves), and they did an excellent job. Customer service was excellent, the new window looks great, and the price was a lot less than the dealer.
The only downside to my experience is that it took about a week before they got the right parts – they originally ordered a tinted window by mistake. Fortunately, it didn’t rain that week.
